We have stayed in villa l'Olivier a number of times. We have enjoyed it again. Despite many houses being built next to it recently, there is still enough privacy.

We were 20 minutes early. We worked hard to clean the latter, but we could definitely sit by the pool. When we went after an agreed time to see if everything was ready, only the cleaning lady appeared to be there. The lady who received us had disappeared. No explanation about the alarm on the pool, how to turn it off, kept on bellowing, no explanation what to do with our waste and no passes to open the containers for the residual waste. No explanation about other things in the house. Was not a nice start.The house itself was beautiful with lots of privacy. Immediate vicinity to do nothing, you have to leave by car. The car is also needed for your fresh bread.

Arrival and key transfer went well bottle of wine was a nice gift. We really enjoyed the house and swimming pool. The only downside that I found really unfortunate was that I still had to clean the BBQ before we could use it. I myself have left this neat and tidy.

This was our second stay in villa L'Olivier and again we did not regret it, The house offer all necessary comfort, The premises are awesome and offer enough room for children to play without wrecking the neighbors' nerves which is additional relaxation for the parents, The pool is guarded by an infrared barrier that is easy to operate, The gas BBQ is of good quality and all tools for a nice BBQ-party are available, The main kitchen is equipped with a microwave / oven combination with is easy to use as well and has everything we expected for a 14 day stay in the summer, Around the location of this nice villa numerous destinations for day trips grant a high level of varieties, The nice beaches of Cap d'Agde and Leucarte are around 1 hour away, The cities of Beziers and Carcassonne are highlights not to be forgotten and if you are more of the hiking-type, the Haute Languedoc will be your destination, Log story short: We recommend this villa and could imagine to book it a third time,
