Resting in Pouzols-Minervois, this is a fantastic 3-bedroom villa with a private swimming pool. You can soak up in the sun on the sun loungers before taking a refreshing dip in the pool. The villa suits a family or a group of 6 persons.
The little village of Pouzols has plenty of vineyards and olive groves. The lake rests at 5 km if you wish to go for a pleasant day out or to enjoy water sports. The town center with supermarkets and restaurants rests at 6 km. When you go to dine out, you can fetch groceries as well. For day trips, the towns of Olonzac, Homps, and Narbonne are great.
There is an outdoor shower to wash up after a refreshing swim. You can prepare delicious meals in the kitchen for everyone. For the lovers of al-fresco dining, there is an outdoor kitchen. On the roofed terrace with cozy furnishings, you can enjoy barbecued meals and end your evenings in style. The fenced private garden is great to go for lazy walks at night when it is illuminated.

Beautiful nice big house, with a fantastic garden. In the garden there is a nice swimming pool and if the weather is a bit cloudy, you can play jeu de boules on the property.

Beautiful villa with every comfort. Neat, lots of material in the kitchen, beautiful covered terrace with BBQ that functions very well. Negatives: lots of mosquitoes + pool was rather cold (not heated).

Positive: The house and the garden are exactly as shown in the pictures, we especially liked the garden and the pool. Negative: You don't have absolute peace, due to the clearly audible traffic on the D5. In our opinion, 2 out of 3 bedrooms are no longer habitable, as a clear "musty and mold-like" smell can be perceived. Not suitable for sensitive people and may also be harmful. This had a lasting impact on our stay, luckily there were only two of us there, so you could still use it. We would NOT rent this house again !!! Angelika and Frank Lehr

The villa is located in a very beautiful area and from the pool you have a very nice view of the region. Definitely worth repeating and if you want to explore the region, everything is about a half hour drive away, for example Carcassonne, Narbonne, Beziers.

We have been renting the house regularly since 2016; a lot has changed since then, but it keeps getting better. The amenities are top-notch and the location is the perfect starting point for activities in the nearby and wider area. The communication with the staff on-site is also very good. It has become a little piece of home for us.

We enjoyed delicious in Aux Arbres Verts, Beautiful house, large garden and the terraces were fantastic, Also nice that music was available everywhere d, m, v, the speakers, Pool was nice and refreshing when it was very hot, And at one bad day with rain we watched a movie in the evening, where everything was fine, and in the area it was nice to take a nice walk, Shops a short drive away, number of times a nice market visited, All in all had a wonderful holiday!

From the contractor understood that this autumn the house will be rigorously rebuilt, The garage is bay window through which one from the house gets the view of the pool, A huge improvement, We are very curious how the house there after this renovation comes to mind, For us, renting a holiday home was a new experience and certainly worth repeating
