Our stay in the villa in Fayence was simply magical! The lush garden and the private pool were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We loved being just a short walk from the charming town center, where we found delightful bakeries and cafes. The layout of the villa was spacious and offered everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen for cozy dinners. The proximity to the golf course and beautiful beaches was an added bonus. I can't wait to return!

A fantastic getaway! The private pool was a real pleasure, and we spent many afternoons simply relaxing and enjoying the tranquil atmosphere. The location is ideal for exploring local attractions, with the stunning Verdon Gorge Lake being a highlight of our trip. The spacious living room made it easy for us to rest after our adventures.

The villa itself is charming and well-maintained. We appreciated the pet-friendly policy, as we brought our dog. The area is quiet, allowing for a relaxing stay, but you are also close enough to Nice and Cannes for day trips. The cleanliness was excellent and the hosts were very welcoming. I would recommend it for families or groups of friends.

This villa is a beautiful place for a getaway with friends. It was spacious enough for all of us, with great facilities. The barbecue area was a hit and we enjoyed cooking together. Close to the center of Fayence, making it easy to get fresh pastries in the morning. A very enjoyable experience!

We booked accommodation for our stay through Belvilla (price: €5,100) and had to accept significant deficiencies: Part of the accommodation (an apartment on the ground floor) could not be used because it was already occupied. Thus, the entire accommodation was not available to us as previously announced. The promised air conditioning was not present. The pool alarm was defective, which represents a clear safety deficiency. Particularly serious is the fact that this is not just about comfort deficiencies, but about safety-relevant and legally problematic issues. We traveled with three children, and the lack of a functioning pool alarm posed a significant risk. In France, a functioning safety device at the pool is legally required. A defective or non-existent pool alarm can have not only civil but also criminal consequences for owners and brokers. Furthermore, false statements in the accommodation description – such as advertising an air conditioning unit or an additional guest accommodation that are actually non-existent or inaccessible – clearly constitute misleading business practices. This can also have legal consequences under French consumer law. Despite all these serious deficiencies, we were not compensated in any way by the landlord or Belvilla. There was no willingness to accommodate or propose solutions. For a premium accommodation at this price, this is absolutely disappointing and unacceptable. We can only strongly advise against booking with Belvilla, as promised services are not guaranteed and there is no support in case of problems.

The private pool was a highlight for us, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring near Fayence. We loved being just a short walk from the charming town center, where we found delicious bakeries. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway!

Beautiful house but too much left over ... no maintenance ... cleanliness blah (we had to clean the house two days after our arrival and the water in the bucket was black !, Windows and bay windows poorly cleaned, the frames and especially that of the kitchen are eaten by dirt, ...) Several problems during the stay including a large one located at the level of the main bathroom since each time you take the shower and the bath, the shower overflowed and the water that had to drain came back . Bathroom flooded several times and no solution found by the owner on site. The trees at the level of the passage towards the house are moderately maintained since each of our passage, we had to push and remove the branches so as not to catch them in the face. However the house is well located, the spaces are large, the kitchen is functional, the laundry room is good for tidying up and the second fridge is very useful, the three bedrooms are good ...) Points of improvement to be made: mosquito nets, new deckchairs because two were broken, pool cover to keep the heat in, repair of the entrance gate, review the decor because it was quite old, put a guardrail on the main terrace because it was very dangerous with children or even animals (our dog fell), maintain more there verandas ...)

the location of the house is perfect! on the outskirts. 100m to the next, small supermarket. café directly opposite. 200-300 meters to the center with some restaurants. nevertheless very calm. great view over the provence. the house is well equipped and the pool is large and clean. we will be back!
