We were quickly welcomed on the spot. The accommodation was great with all the trimmings (BBQ, lovely swimming pool, air conditioning, nice house, beautiful plants in the garden). We mainly went to Puerto de Mazarron because there were a large selection of restaurants and shops. Cartagena was definitely worth a visit!

A beautiful swimming pool with a very spacious terrace. The area is simply beautiful. Within 5 minutes you are at the highway. Remarkably quiet area where you can hear the birds chirping. Renting a car is necessary but then you also have countless options for a wonderful holiday.

Stayed 2 weeks in this beautiful villa and had nothing to complain about. Both reception and check-out went well. It is a quiet neighborhood and a car is a must if you really want to enjoy. The owner has explained everything neatly and well and in the villa itself you can find everything. Rented several times through Belvilla but this is the first time I have not called the landlord to ask for anything. Everything explained perfectly. Expectations from both sides clear. Are you looking for a nice stay where you can really relax and love good weather? Then I would book this. I hope that Casa Happinez is fully booked every year because this was definitely worth repeating. I would not be surprised.

We spent two wonderful weeks at Casa Happinez. Everything was perfect, the house is really very nice and the pool a dream! The outdoor area is nicely designed (palm tree, orange tree, oleander, etc ...). The weather was fantastic (always between 25-30 degrees). The pool temperature was pleasant with 21-22 degrees. The sea was very warm. As our perfect beach, we chose the Playa de Percheles palm trees on the fine sand beach, very shallow sea, a great bar, far and wide no houses ... The equipment in the house is almost perfect. We loved the fact that some food was already on site. The location in the Country Club was not so important, the community pool we never visited, the neighboring grounds are all very close together. Too bad, that there is no supermarket or at least bread rolls within walking distance to buy. You always have to go by car.

For peace and luxury this is the place. Really refuel in the Spanish sun. An ideal holiday to do nothing or as a base to do day trips (eg. To Murcia) .For families with children the pool is ideal. The house has all the modern comforts you can expect from a holiday. In close proximity is not a whole lot to do. For trips you absolutely need a car. For us this was okay but if you can not possibly know this is a setback. In this region are also a remarkable number of Britons present, Dutch little seen. For us a respite, for others this may perhaps be a disappointment.

When I arrived it looked fresh, clean and tidy at Casa Happinez out. The house is fully equipped including free WiFi and air conditioning in all rooms. The park where Casa Happinez is a spacious, immaculate and brightly designed park. The next morning I had a lovely breakfast in the sun on the balcony of the upstairs bedroom with mountain views. The terrace and pool area is beautiful to sing emptying into the late evening with plenty of privacy. There are plenty of seats under the porches and plenty of loungers and garden furniture. The pool is large and the depth is af.De carport is also an asset to the car could be so in the shade staan.Kortom Super enjoyed a wonderful and comfortable stay at Casa Happinez a beautiful and well kept park near the Spanish town of Mazarron, the harbor town of Mazarron with Puerte the beach + promenade and the beautiful coastline with beaches.
