This detached villa is located at the attractive and well-kept resort Country Club, on the quiet and affordable Costa Cálida. The verblifj features a spacious sloping safe private pool and a living room with smart TV. Ideal for holidays with family and friends.
250 metres away you will find a Spar supermarket, tennis courts, a restaurant with terrace and an arcade. From the centre of the Country Club resort, buses leave for Mazarrón, Puerto de Mazarrón, Bolnuevo and the beaches. Puerto de Mazarrón offers water sports facilities and beautiful boat trips along the coast. A beautiful cycle path runs through the Country Club, leading to the beautiful coast via a protected nature reserve. The old port city of Cartagena (35 km), Murcia (65 km) and many beautiful coastal towns are nearby and well worth a visit. Beautiful cities such as Málaga, Seville, Granada, Cordoba and Almería are within driving distance, as are protected natural areas such as Sierra Espuña and Sierra de las Moreras. There are also several golf courses, go-kart tracks, a water park, shopping centre and entertainment venues nearby.
The bedrooms have air conditioning and the top bedroom has an en suite bathroom with balcony and views of the resort and mountains. We stayed at Casa Happinez for two weeks. The house is perfect. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The garden is beautifully landscaped and the pool is perfect. We really enjoyed the time.

Casa Happinez has everything you expect from a holiday. Ample space and plumbing. Well equipped kitchen and very nice pool! And it is located in a quiet neighborhood.

It was very nice except for the pans in the kitchen that definitely need to be renewed. And the pool should be cleaned every 2 days for 5 people. It was only there once for us. But otherwise everything was very nice, the quiet, the atmosphere

Casa Happinez was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, and comfortable beds. The kitchen was very well stocked with china, cutlery, and glasses. The reclining sun chairs by the pool were very comfortable. There were also enough tables and chairs, both inside and outside. We were outside all the time, as the temperature was extremely hot. The villa is very well situated, for utilising the clubhouse restaurant and bar.

We spent two wonderful weeks at Casa Happinez. Everything was perfect, the house is really very nice and the pool a dream! The outdoor area is nicely designed (palm tree, orange tree, oleander, etc ...). The weather was fantastic (always between 25-30 degrees). The pool temperature was pleasant with 21-22 degrees. The sea was very warm. As our perfect beach, we chose the Playa de Percheles palm trees on the fine sand beach, very shallow sea, a great bar, far and wide no houses ... The equipment in the house is almost perfect. We loved the fact that some food was already on site. The location in the Country Club was not so important, the community pool we never visited, the neighboring grounds are all very close together. Too bad, that there is no supermarket or at least bread rolls within walking distance to buy. You always have to go by car.

For peace and luxury this is the place. Really refuel in the Spanish sun. An ideal holiday to do nothing or as a base to do day trips (eg. To Murcia) .For families with children the pool is ideal. The house has all the modern comforts you can expect from a holiday. In close proximity is not a whole lot to do. For trips you absolutely need a car. For us this was okay but if you can not possibly know this is a setback. In this region are also a remarkable number of Britons present, Dutch little seen. For us a respite, for others this may perhaps be a disappointment.

When I arrived it looked fresh, clean and tidy at Casa Happinez out. The house is fully equipped including free WiFi and air conditioning in all rooms. The park where Casa Happinez is a spacious, immaculate and brightly designed park. The next morning I had a lovely breakfast in the sun on the balcony of the upstairs bedroom with mountain views. The terrace and pool area is beautiful to sing emptying into the late evening with plenty of privacy. There are plenty of seats under the porches and plenty of loungers and garden furniture. The pool is large and the depth is af.De carport is also an asset to the car could be so in the shade staan.Kortom Super enjoyed a wonderful and comfortable stay at Casa Happinez a beautiful and well kept park near the Spanish town of Mazarron, the harbor town of Mazarron with Puerte the beach + promenade and the beautiful coastline with beaches.

We have a wonderful holiday had at Casa Happinez the house has everything you need and the garden with the large pool is great and be maintained very well, you do have here need a car as it is to find anything in the immediate vicinity of shops and the restaurant are located at a distance of 5 to 10 km

When I arrived it looked fresh, clean and tidy at Casa Happinez out. The house is fully equipped including free WiFi and air conditioning in all rooms. The park where Casa Happinez is a spacious, immaculate and brightly designed park. The next morning I had a lovely breakfast in the sun on the balcony of the upstairs bedroom with mountain views. The terrace and pool area is beautiful to sing emptying into the late evening with plenty of privacy. There are plenty of seats under the porches and plenty of loungers and garden furniture. The pool is large and the depth is af.De carport is also an asset to the car could be so in the shade staan.Kortom Super enjoyed a wonderful and comfortable stay at Casa Happinez a beautiful and well kept park near the Spanish town of Mazarron, the harbor town of Mazarron with Puerte the beach + promenade and the beautiful coastline with beaches.

This was a fantastic holiday. Very quiet environment to charge batteries back. Everything is present what you need to enjoy your vacation. Certainly visit the port of Mazarrón and to eat we can recommend the restaurant Viggos.

For peace and luxury this is the place. Really refuel in the Spanish sun. An ideal holiday to do nothing or as a base to do day trips (eg. To Murcia) .For families with children the pool is ideal. The house has all the modern comforts you can expect from a holiday. In close proximity is not a whole lot to do. For trips you absolutely need a car. For us this was okay but if you can not possibly know this is a setback. In this region are also a remarkable number of Britons present, Dutch little seen. For us a respite, for others this may perhaps be a disappointment.

We spent two wonderful weeks at Casa Happinez. Everything was perfect, the house is really very nice and the pool a dream! The outdoor area is nicely designed (palm tree, orange tree, oleander, etc ...). The weather was fantastic (always between 25-30 degrees). The pool temperature was pleasant with 21-22 degrees. The sea was very warm. As our perfect beach, we chose the Playa de Percheles palm trees on the fine sand beach, very shallow sea, a great bar, far and wide no houses ... The equipment in the house is almost perfect. We loved the fact that some food was already on site. The location in the Country Club was not so important, the community pool we never visited, the neighboring grounds are all very close together. Too bad, that there is no supermarket or at least bread rolls within walking distance to buy. You always have to go by car.

Stayed 2 weeks in this beautiful villa and had nothing to complain about. Both reception and check-out went well. It is a quiet neighborhood and a car is a must if you really want to enjoy. The owner has explained everything neatly and well and in the villa itself you can find everything. Rented several times through Belvilla but this is the first time I have not called the landlord to ask for anything. Everything explained perfectly. Expectations from both sides clear. Are you looking for a nice stay where you can really relax and love good weather? Then I would book this. I hope that Casa Happinez is fully booked every year because this was definitely worth repeating. I would not be surprised.

This year we have been on holiday in the Costa Cálida for the first time in July / August. Sun and heat for three weeks! In a very nice and comfortable holiday home Casa Happinez. The arrival was very well arranged. The hostess was already waiting for us and gave us a tour. The accommodation was very spacious, clean and we did not lack anything. A beautiful swimming pool with a very spacious terrace. The area is simply beautiful. Within 5 minutes you are at the highway. Remarkably quiet area where you can hear the birds chirping. Renting a car is necessary but then you also have countless options for a wonderful holiday.

We were quickly welcomed on the spot. The accommodation was great with all the trimmings (BBQ, lovely swimming pool, air conditioning, nice house, beautiful plants in the garden). We mainly went to Puerto de Mazarron because there were a large selection of restaurants and shops. Cartagena was definitely worth a visit!
