"Country house in the outskirts of Pollença in a rural setting but near to the coasts of Cala San Vicenç and Port Pollença. Large lawned area in a plot of 15.000m2 with open views to the countryside with a cared for garden with fruit trees and decorative plants. Recently reformed house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - one of which is outside. Very clean and well looked after house, 3 kms from the charming Pollença Old Town and 6kms from the sea.

This is a fabulous property in a great location. The large pool is set in a beautiful garden. We took all our meals on the covered terrace which also has a relaxing seating area. Two supermarkets are close by and Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa are only a few minutes drive away. The house itself is very traditional and is perhaps a little tired. But the kitchen is well-equipped and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.
