Beautiful restored country house, situated close to Palma de Mallorca. This is a country house with an area of 20.000 m2 and 250 m2 of living space. It has great beautifully maintained outdoor spaces, a furnished porch and a large terrace with swimming pool. It is in a very quiet place in the countryside, surrounded by avocado trees, orange, lemon, among many others. In addition, no neighbors in the area. Most notable is its location as it is located very close to Palma, and many other parts of the island.
