This modern villa in Altea has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is perfect for a small group or family and is situated in one of the beautiful resort in Costa Blanca. It features a shared swimming pool and sun loungers.
The place is beautiful with long coastline, pebble beaches, and cliffs. The beaches of Calpe and Benidorm are nearby to have fun swimming and enjoying the sun. All facilities like promenades, markets, shops, shopping centres, white sandy beaches, restaurants (1 km), bike rental and supermarket (1 km) can be reached in 15 minutes.
The house is air conditioned and has double beds in 2 bedrooms and 2 single beds in the other. The living -dining room has a fireplace and TV with google chromecast. It allows guests to connect their own internet TV from home to the TV in the holiday home. You can enjoy a barbecue on the terrace or relax in the shared garden. There is free WiFi and parking is also provided in the premises. Airport lies at 75 km and motorway can be accessed in 2 km.

Lovely villa, nice that there is air conditioning everywhere in the house! The house has a fantastic location and beautiful views!!!! Altea Hills is guarded and that gives a nice and safe feeling! The pool is very busy, you certainly do not have it to yourself. Not a problem for us, but it is stated in the description that the pool is hardly used by surrounding houses, in this month of August it is very busy with families swimming here. use a cleanse. Don't spoil the fun, it's fantastic here! We will definitely come here again!

Arrival was well arranged. We could already at 12.00 in the villa while there was on the site 17.00 hours. We have noticed everything possible in consultation. Villa was very large and comfortable. Pool reachbasr down through few steps. Really fantastic! Environment very beautiful. Car is really necessary to go to the beach and village.
