This luxury holiday home is located in a beautiful area of Altea of the Costa Blanca region and is highly suitable for a wonderful family holiday. You have access to a communal spacious garden and swimming pool, and there are 2 balconies, both offering stunning views of the vicinity and the mountains.
Beach and shops are a few minutes' drive (Altea, Calpe) and various sights and beautiful hiking trails can be found nearby. There are also several golf courses nearby and it is possible to rent a boat in the marina of Marina Greenwich. Within 12 minutes, you are in the bustling heart of Benidorm with terraces, shops, sandy beach and water ski course. Aqua Natura (swimming paradise) and Terra Natura (zoo) are also recommended.
The holiday home consists of 2 floors which offer a balcony each. The entire house is fully equipped, with facilities like air conditioning, Dutch television channels and a Nespresso machine. A carport is also at your disposal.

L’appartement est très grand et fonctionnel et fonctionnel. L’accueil effectué par Nicolette à notre arrivée et à notre départ a été très agréable Elle a su se montrer réactive lorsque nous avons eu des questions. Une bouteille de vin nous attendait à notre arrivée ce petit geste a bien démarré les vacances. Tous les produits domestiques étaient présents Points à revoir Malheureusement les photos datent un peu car depuis les arbres ont beaucoup poussés et la vue sur mer dans les chambres est quasi inexistante et celle de la terrasse ne se mérite que si vous êtes debout. Dommage qu’il y ai des une planche en bois comme balustrade qui cache la vue sur mer (en plus des arbres), il aurait été bien de faire comme le voisin de mettre des vitres. Malgré cela, notre séjour a été très agréable.

Beautiful apartment in the hills of Altea. Everything is clean and neatly cared for. You have a beautiful view of the sea. We slept well and enjoyed the peace. Highly recommended for people who love luxury and tranquility. Car is recommended.

The description states that a juicer, microwave, food processor, toaster should be present, unfortunately…. The inventory is very summery. The house is beautiful, so is the view. We cannot operate the TV, not even with the help of the owner.

Fantastic apartment to stay with all mod cons. Clean, modern and a great view. The peace you find there after you've been in the center. Lovely swimming pool where you can enjoy the last rays of the sun. In short, highly recommended and definitely worth repeating for us!

Perfect house in a beautiful location. However, for shops and supermarket you must have a car as there is nothing in Altea Hills.

The location is really beautiful. It is only a pity that we have already indicated the first day that the washing machine is broken and that, despite repeated communication about this, the manager does not intend to solve this. We now do the laundry by hand! We also have a lot of problems with ants in the kitchen, something that is also known, because there are even ant bait boxes on the counter. The ants don't care about this and populate the kitchen counter in large numbers. A pity that in a complex with 10 apartments there are only 7 beds by the pool!

The apartment is beautifully situated in the mountains of Altea Hills and equipped with all amenities and makes a well-maintained impression. It is located in a quiet area with six townhouses and the swimming pool is within walking distance (1 minute)
There are nice places in the area with beautiful beaches and nice terraces, such as Altea, Calpe and Javea.
The interior is also worth exploring.
In short, a great base to explore the area or enjoy a relaxing holiday.

A fantastic apartment, taken care of down to the last detail. The apartment consists of 2 floors, with the living room and kitchen with a spacious terrace above and the sleeping area with small balcony below. The apartment with high finishes is quietly located on top of a mountain and that gives a beautiful view of the sea. It is a steep drive up by car of about 5 minutes, but you get used to it quickly. An excellent base for a wonderful relaxing holiday and centrally located for fun trips to Javea, among others. Highly recommended for families and for adults up to 4 people. And on arrival a nice bottle of wine and water. Many thanks and compliments to the owner of the apartment.
