A lovely house in a very quiet area and fully equipped. A spacious and bright house with an open kitchen, so you can be together at all times. Can chat when you're behind the pans, or watch the kids take a dip in the pool. The beds are wonderful and the bathrooms with showers are also nice. The first time it was a bit of a search through the winding roads to the house, but after 2x you are used to it. The peace, the view is super and the beach below with the beach bars super. Away from mass tourism.

The villa is really nice, especially the swimming pool that is really big and clean, beautiful relaxing area with perfect views to the mountain. Also the air condition inside is very comfortable and works perfectly well for the whole house, there was enough dishes ... What was slightly disappointing was the condition of the overall set-up. There are heartly any details / decoration that makes the villa really cozy / somewhat personal, the parasols were all in a bad shape, the coffee machine hardly worked, the carpets were not really clean, vacuum cleaners were really dirty and would not work anymore ( and you need it to avoid that the ants take over the house), there are only individual and not queen or king size beds and definitely not enough chests of drawers. Nothing really dramatic but price / quality relation was not as expected. We had a couple of questions before our stay and Belvilla would never come back to us with answers which was really disappointing, too. The mobile number of the woman who would welcome us was not correct. Paul, the host, was very nice and answered our questions via WhatsApp immediately. The villa is really high up in the mountain and somewhat hidden / lonely. You need a car and should not be afraid of really being in a big isolated house.

Through Belvilla, we were able to rent this (Luxury) villa for a week. (From August 1 to August 8.) Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that there are some ambiguities in the advertisement on your website and some photos that are completely outdated. To begin with, the aerial photos of the estate show a very nice green garden, while in reality, there is not a blade of grass to be found! Not next to the terraces, nor at the pool. This is, to say the least, a serious deception towards us as well as towards future tenants of this villa!! The number of bedrooms with the corresponding bathrooms is also heavily taken out of context. If you, as a couple, have the bedroom behind the kitchen, you have to go through the kitchen every time to get to your respective little bathroom and toilet. The 2 separate rooms at the back of the property that had to try to lock their door each time (the locks were all broken) to then go to the living room via the front or through the garden at the back. There was no peace due to trial motorcycles that came to practice and train every day. The BBQ corner was a disgrace. Now we were not allowed to use this (of course) due to the heat and the restrictions that the Spanish government has imposed during this hot period with the possibility of wildfires, but even if we had been allowed to use it, we would not have been able to do so because of the way previous renters left it behind. This is also proof to us that the cleaning crew(s) do not really do their job well or have not done it well. The parasols were only half put together, and we then clapped our hands together and tried to repair them ourselves. The sunbeds, that was also a disgrace! This ranged from rusted pipes to almost all torn in the lying area. The coffee machine was as leaky as it could be; we immediately called the caretaker, and he fortunately brought another machine. This probably came from the higher private section of the owner himself. Ultimately, we were able to use this for the rest of our stay without the kitchen counter being underwater after every 3 bags. Wifi is rather disastrous, I would dare to say. With continuous switching between 2 wifi networks and your own 5G! Calling only worked if you drove down with the car, which you will definitely need if you want to rent this villa in the future. Many pests present such as mice, mosquitoes, ants, wasps, little lizards…… (but no cats) The lighting in the evening to and from the pool was also, in our opinion, at its last hours, it flickered almost all…. . replacing the spotlights is advisable here, we think! The stairs to the pool, one of the next customers might fall down them since they are simply rotten! And lastly, we saw when reloading our luggage that had been on the ground for a week behind the glass of the shower, that this glass partition lets water through and in other words, our suitcase was therefore in the wet! Fortunately, I can substantiate all this with photos that I took there and which I will definitely post if possible and keep available as evidence. Overall, this was one of the least satisfactory villas we have ever rented as a family!

The house was full of mice, our belongings were damaged, even one came home with us in the bag, damaging some items on the way. Really disgusting, the house was otherwise nice, the location is good. The striking villa is located in a beautiful idyllic village. The route that you can take every day to and from the villa is one from a romantic film. However, the distance to the center of Barcelona is not 30 minutes as described, but rather double. It will easily take you 15 to 20 minutes to drive onto the highway towards Barcelona. So commuting back and forth is not an option and that was a shame. That is wrong in the ad. The pool is well maintained and of a good size with beautiful panoramic views of a mountain ridge. Unfortunately we could not swim in May because the water was unfortunately too cold. We were warmly welcomed with a nice bottle of rum and a box of strawberries. We were 7 adults and 2 children aged 7 and 4. The villa has enough space to accommodate this by means of 2 folding beds. Unfortunately for some it was a literally cold shower, as the boiler only has 300 liters at its disposal. Every day it was a Russian roulette in the morning. If the weather gets even warmer that you prefer to shower twice, you can certainly forget that. Each family had its own bathroom. That was nice because of the privacy. Unfortunately, there was no lock on the door between the bedrooms that were inside the house. As a result, you could easily step from one bedroom into the other bedroom. Please note that 2 bedrooms of the 4 are located outside the house! The view from the bedrooms is breathtaking. You open the door in the morning and you consider yourself lucky to realize that you are in the middle of nature. However, we missed a house key for 3 families. As a group, we only had a front door key at our disposal and that was more than insufficient because, if you woke up a lot earlier, or you had to be inside the house, another family who had the key harassed to pick up the key. to fetch.
