We (a family with 2 older children) and Grandpa and Grandma were allowed to use this Villa for a week in October 2021. The key was neatly in the key box as agreed (note! The arrival time is 16:00 and not 11: 00 as stated on the Belvilla site). The ride up the mountain is very steep, so be careful. A short walk is not possible if you have difficulty walking. Car is really a priority. The house was very clean and smelled wonderful. On arrival, 1 of the shutters was broken so that unfortunately not all the light in the living room / kitchen could penetrate. After day 1 we found out that the hot water supply only worked on the solar collectors. Reported this to the rental agency on Sunday. Just got a response that they were going to work on it. The same day a mechanic came by and looked at it. Unfortunately he couldn't fix it. Neatly spoken to by the Dutch landlord, that another mechanic would come the next day who would solve it. The next day the mechanic came and found that the heat pump was defective. Unfortunately, the problem has not been resolved during the week. Fortunately, the weather was beautiful almost all week, so we still had a little warm water. Unfortunately, no feedback was received during the week. Now this sounds like a bad experience, but on the contrary. We nevertheless had a wonderful week with the six of us. The bedrooms are equipped with lovely Karlson box springs. Lovely pillows and blankets. The table linen, bed linen and towels are delicious. The house is spacious and very nicely finished. The swimming pool, which can be heated for a fee, is a true pleasure for young and old. Inside the house you have everything you could need. Four beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms.
