The property was lovely, had nice views from the roof terrace, gates community and very quiet. We were visiting family and the location was about 10 mins away so very convenient for what we needed. Only negative. The customer service from Belvilla!!! We were struggling to locate the property at first as the satnav took us to the opposite side of the same road. We had to use google earth and maps to try and pinpoint landmarks. When we arrived, there was a gated entrance with a keypad but no mention of this or a code in the booking. I tried to contact the contact person listed on the form but the numbers wouldn’t work, and their ‘emergency helpline’ literally gave an automated ‘we will connect you’ message then disconnected. So I had to jump into the online chat to ask for help. It took me 20mins and having to repeat myself several times before giving up and requesting to speak to a manager before the agent finally actually did anything to help (apart from telling me to keep calling the numbers) and told me I could WhatsApp the contact on the voucher. Also, I’d like to point out, I did try and contact BelVilla a few days before we even left for the trip to check the info on collecting keys etc and was told all the info was on the voucher. It was not. So if you’re thinking of booking this place - do! It’s lovely and the beds are so comfy. HOWEVER, be prepared that Belvilla will not be much help at all…..

Last time we had also booked this house and we liked it. It was again a nice holiday. Advantages: Equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and BBQ. Enough space for 6 people and the dog. It is located near the sports center with a 50 meter swimming pool. Here you can swim for not too much money. Location is reasonably close to the shops. Enjoyed the spacious roof terrace.

We arrived to the house and some girl gave us keys. After we entered we found kitchen very dirty, we had to wash all the dished before using them. Fridge was dirty and full of humidity inside as well. Later we found out that air conditioner in the main bedroom is not working, we called the administrator asking to fix it. Two days later the technicians came they cleaned air conditioners but the one in the main bedroom still didn "t work. We called them again but no one came to do anything. WiFi didn" t work as well and no one came to fix it. We spent our holidays sleeping very bad (it was very hot) without internet (that was important for us). Very disappointing! I would like to make a claim to Belvilla because this house was not prepared for rent at all.

We let the homeowners know and they started working on it within 2 weeks. Because of Corona, they have been to their own house a little less. Whatever we understand. Last time we had also booked this house and we liked it. It was again a nice holiday. Advantages: Equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and BBQ. Enough space for 6 people and the dog. It is located near the sports center with a 50 meter swimming pool. Here you can swim for not too much money. Location is reasonably close to the shops. Enjoyed the spacious roof terrace.
