The layout of the house is very practical, Having three bedrooms and a large kitchen was perfect for our group, We also enjoyed the convenience of having a washing machine and dishwasher on-site,

What a lovely place! We really enjoyed our time in this beautiful vacation home, The decor was charming and we appreciated the little details, like the fireplace and the hot tub, The nearby Dali Museum was also a pleasure, Just a couple of things to note: the Wi-Fi could have been stronger, but we managed well

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Clean, spacious, and well-maintained, We loved the layout of the house, especially the outdoor space where we spent many nights enjoying the garden, The nearby Sant Pere Pescador Beach was beautiful and not too crowded, The hosts were kind and helpful, Ideal for families looking for a relaxing getaway

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

This place is all about the vibe! The private pool is perfect for those quiet days, and the garden? Greater aesthetics for photos. Just a short drive to the beach and lovely places to eat, 10/10 would recommend for family trips.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Great place for a family getaway, The private pool was a hit with the kids, Clean and spacious, plus the garden was nice for relaxing.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

A great large villa with air conditioning everywhere, the pool was fine. Unfortunately, we did have some issues with ants, but yes, nature remains nature. Nothing to complain about.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

We had a wonderful time at this location, The balcony was a nice place for coffee in the morning, and the proximity to the beach made it easy to enjoy the sun and the sand, The parking lot was also a plus,

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

I loved the cozy atmosphere of this place! The fireplace in the living room made our evenings so warm and inviting. Moreover, the hot tub in the master bedroom was a luxurious addition after a day of exploring.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

This holiday home offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, The double king-size bed was incredibly spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly during our visit, A great place to relax,

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

I really enjoyed my stay at Belvilla by OYO Nautic Park, the location is perfect for exploring the nearby beach and the Dali museum, the house was well equipped, and I loved the cozy atmosphere, just a pity that the WiFi was a bit stronger, but overall a nice place to relax.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

A great getaway with a private pool and a spacious garden, Close to the beach and local restaurants

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

What a fantastic stay! The private heated pool was the highlight of our trip, We spent hours lounging by the pool and enjoying the large garden, The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, Highly recommend for families!

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

This holiday home is a gem! The garden was a lovely space for relaxation, and we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, The bedrooms were comfortable with good air conditioning, which was a relief during the hot days, We appreciated the proximity to Sant Pere Pescador's town center where we found great dining options, like 'La Placeta de la Muralla', Overall, a very pleasant experience

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

The house is ideally located and offers everything you need. Right behind the bridge is a small supermarket that can be easily reached on foot over the bridge. The bakeries are also within walking distance.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

The location is ideal for beach lovers! Just a short distance to the coast, and the private pool was a great alternative for days when we wanted to relax at home, The garden is also very pet-friendly,

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

This accommodation exceeded our expectations. The combination of a large kitchen and a cozy living room with a TV made our stay very pleasant. Additionally, the nearby attractions like the Dali Museum contributed to the experience.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

A great family vacation! The kids enjoyed the private pool, and we appreciated the pet-friendly garden. The nearby market was a nice addition for buying fresh local produce. Would definitely return!

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

This accommodation is well located, just a short drive from the beach. The air conditioning kept us cool on hot days, and the spacious living room was perfect for our group. Overall, a solid choice for a relaxing vacation.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

We are in the house for the third year and will not return next year. Why? Nothing has been renewed in the 3 years despite corresponding reviews. The loungers are partly moldy. Various lamps in the kitchen and bedroom were defective, hardly any glasses (in a house for 6 people there weren't even three matching drinking glasses, we had to buy glasses from the supermarket). Little cutlery (we brought our own), a broken clothes rack that only stays leaning against the wall, remote keys that look worse every year and are already falling apart into two pieces. The adjacent property where the car parks is so overgrown that you have to walk through tall grass. The pool is still very nice, only the evening pool light regularly went out. Apparently due to frequent short power outages, but then a different timer should be installed. What struck us negatively for the first time during this stay was that a technical service person from Belvilla suddenly appeared at the pool twice without notice. Once he came without ringing a whole day before the scheduled service appointment (he was just nearby). The second time he suddenly appeared at the pool and checked the water quality without notice. Belvilla, this is unacceptable, it was a blatant invasion of our privacy. The garden was still as beautiful as on the first day. However, the house is only two plots away from a "sewage discharge point" where the city's wastewater is channeled. Especially in the evening hours, during the last walk, it smelled so extremely bad that one thought they were walking through a sewer. This was the final point that leads us to (for now) not go back. If the owners realize that with annually rising prices, they also need to make replacement investments, we will not return. There were 3 of us in the house. It is supposed to accommodate 6 people, but there were only 4 loungers. In the described condition.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Good communication with the owners and managers. Beautiful and spacious house with a large private pool. We can highly recommend this fantastic place on the Costa Brava. We would love to come back here.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

We greatly appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as the coffee machine and the stereo system; they made our mornings and evenings enjoyable. The dining table was perfect for family meals together.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

The kitchen is very outdated and dark, and there is very little crockery. It is too far from the beach on foot and the location was not very appealing. There is a busy road behind the house.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

We had a wonderful stay at Belvilla by OYO Nautic Park! The private pool was a highlight for our family, especially for the kids who splashed around all day. The house was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to cook in the fully equipped kitchen. The nearby beach was just a short drive away, perfect for our beach days! The only downside was that we wished we could have stayed longer.

The care from Kathy was good, as always! New pool loungers would be necessary!!

Beautiful house at the wrong time

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Good: Garden, swimming pool, private parking, 2 refrigerators, sufficient kitchen equipment, master bedroom and very clean / well maintained. Negative: - upstairs you have to go through bedroom 1 to reach bedroom 2; - upstairs 1 bedroom door cannot be closed because a double bed was placed. - air conditioning upstairs makes quite a lot of noise - 2/3 lights in the bathroom upstairs were broken - only 1 set of keys. All in all a very pleasant stay.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

On arrival we were welcomed with open arms. The accommodation was very clean and had everything we needed. The swimming pool was clean and the garden was well maintained. It was a fairly quiet place. Close to the beach, by car it took about 5 minutes. Walking distance to the city. A large choice of inexpensive restaurants, so great for a family of 5.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

The home was perfect, the house is in a very good condition and very neat. Very nice pool and very clean. Service (Bellevilla and Tothouse) perfect! House absolutely to recommend ...

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Fantastic house, which is fully equipped. Beautiful bbq, nice cool pool, air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room and even in the kitchen. Everything is very spacious. Thanks to the personal items in the house (bottles of wine, books, games) you feel completely at home here. The reception of Belvilla was also nice. From the house you walk 300 meters across the bridge to Sant Pere Pescador where you are right in the center, a tourist town because of the surrounding campsites.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

The villa is well equipped and is within walking distance of the beach, nature reserve and village. The location also allowed us to do many cultural excursions in a radius of 35 kilometers.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

We enjoyed our family vacation in this wonderful, very stylish holiday home very much. Especially the pool is lovely and nothing is missing. We can only recommend this house. Also the service on site is great. Edward Nieland with his team are always there for the guests. Thanks for that!
