The house is ideally located and offers everything you need. Right behind the bridge is a small supermarket that can be easily reached on foot over the bridge. The bakeries are also within walking distance.

This accommodation exceeded our expectations. The combination of a large kitchen and a cozy living room with a TV made our stay very pleasant. Additionally, the nearby attractions like the Dali Museum contributed to the experience.

We are in the house for the third year and will not return next year. Why? Nothing has been renewed in the 3 years despite corresponding reviews. The loungers are partly moldy. Various lamps in the kitchen and bedroom were defective, hardly any glasses (in a house for 6 people there weren't even three matching drinking glasses, we had to buy glasses from the supermarket). Little cutlery (we brought our own), a broken clothes rack that only stays leaning against the wall, remote keys that look worse every year and are already falling apart into two pieces. The adjacent property where the car parks is so overgrown that you have to walk through tall grass. The pool is still very nice, only the evening pool light regularly went out. Apparently due to frequent short power outages, but then a different timer should be installed. What struck us negatively for the first time during this stay was that a technical service person from Belvilla suddenly appeared at the pool twice without notice. Once he came without ringing a whole day before the scheduled service appointment (he was just nearby). The second time he suddenly appeared at the pool and checked the water quality without notice. Belvilla, this is unacceptable, it was a blatant invasion of our privacy. The garden was still as beautiful as on the first day. However, the house is only two plots away from a "sewage discharge point" where the city's wastewater is channeled. Especially in the evening hours, during the last walk, it smelled so extremely bad that one thought they were walking through a sewer. This was the final point that leads us to (for now) not go back. If the owners realize that with annually rising prices, they also need to make replacement investments, we will not return. There were 3 of us in the house. It is supposed to accommodate 6 people, but there were only 4 loungers. In the described condition.

We greatly appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as the coffee machine and the stereo system; they made our mornings and evenings enjoyable. The dining table was perfect for family meals together.

The kitchen is very outdated and dark, and there is very little crockery. It is too far from the beach on foot and the location was not very appealing. There is a busy road behind the house.

We had a wonderful stay at Belvilla by OYO Nautic Park! The private pool was a highlight for our family, especially for the kids who splashed around all day. The house was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to cook in the fully equipped kitchen. The nearby beach was just a short drive away, perfect for our beach days! The only downside was that we wished we could have stayed longer.

What a lovely place! We really enjoyed our time in this beautiful vacation home. The decor was charming, and we appreciated the little details, like the fireplace and the hot tub. The nearby Dali Museum was also a delight. Just a couple of things to note: the Wi-Fi could have been stronger, but we managed well.

Negative: - upstairs you have to go through bedroom 1 to reach bedroom 2; - upstairs 1 bedroom door cannot be closed because a double bed was placed. - air conditioning upstairs makes quite a lot of noise - 2/3 lights in the bathroom upstairs were broken - only 1 set of keys. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Close to the beach, by car it took about 5 minutes. Walking distance to the city. A large choice of inexpensive restaurants, so great for a family of 5.

Thanks to the personal items in the house (bottles of wine, books, games) you feel completely at home here. The reception of Belvilla was also nice. From the house you walk 300 meters across the bridge to Sant Pere Pescador where you are right in the center, a tourist town because of the surrounding campsites.
