The flat is located on the edge of the beautiful Fröbel town of Oberweißbach in the Thuringian Forest
The flat has a separate entrance, which is not used by the landlord. The landlord of the flat is in the house (has his own entrance) and can be informed immediately in case of problems
The flat has a kitchenette with cooker, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, catering must be provided by yourself
One room has a double bed (waterbed) and a seating area (table with 4 chairs). The other room has 3 single beds. Both rooms are equipped with TVs.
The bathroom has 1 shower, 1 double washbasin and 1 WC (no bathtub).
Furthermore, the flat has a terrace, which is located in front of the entrance to the flat, and a parking space for cars. The terrace (with table and 4 chairs) is covered and can therefore be used even when it rains.
The landlord himself owns a restaurant in the village, which is open from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 10 pm.

Location and surroundings of object
The accommodation is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of the town, not far from the forest. The noise level is therefore very low and you have plenty of peace and quiet to relax. The Fröbelstadt Oberweißbach, a charming, state-recognised resort in the Thuringian Forest, nestles in a varied low mountain landscape with wide open spaces and easy-to-climb ridges. The village stretches 2 km along the Weißbach valley (570 - 700 m above sea level). The small town of about 1800 inhabitants was first mentioned in a document in 1370 and received its town charter in 1932.
In the past, the town gained economic importance as a centre for the trade in olives (oleum = Latin for oil). Wild herbs, medicinal plants, berries, roots, tree bark and cones (fir and spruce cones) were abundant and formed the raw material for the production of balsams, oils, distilled waters, pills, tinctures and extracts. These healing remedies were distributed throughout Central Europe by carriers with a reef or satchel on their backs. The centuries-old tradition of making olives in family businesses and the distribution of these remedies by hunchback pharmacists or "Raanzer" is typical for the area around Oberweißbach and unique in all of Germany.

Beautiful vacation rental
The accommodation is nicely situated and recommended to anyone looking for peace and quiet. The landlords are very nice (greetings to both of you). We felt comfortable all around and had a good rest.

Definitely recommended!
Super nice landlords, the apartment is very beautiful and was nicely cooled during the summer temperatures. Great hiking trails. The "Bistro zum Marktbrunnen" is owned by the landlord and serves delicious typical "East German" food. We had really great days in Oberweißbach.

Dream house in a quiet location
Super nice holiday home with top equipment and very nice landlords we can only recommend it there was nothing to complain about by the way the landlord has in the place itself gastronomy there you can eat and drink very inexpensive who likes it simple is in good hands there

Super Urlaub war das? Die Vermieter freundlich und immer ein offenes Ohr.
Die Unterkunft top. sauber, gepflegt und alles was man braucht. Ruhig gelegen und doch zentral.
Die Ruhe da ist genau das was man braucht um sich zu erholen.
Wir waren mit einem großen Hund da und es war optimal und die Vermieter an Tierliebe kaum zu übertreffen.
Zu 100 % machen wir da zeitnah wieder Urlaub.
Schade das es nur 5 Sterne gibt
Ich würde 6 geben??

Pure relaxation and nature...
Not only we, but also our two rabbits had a relaxing and restful stay here. The holiday accommodation is lovingly and comfortably furnished. We were welcomed by our landlords in a nice and friendly way and also got many ideas for great activities in the near and far surroundings. Super schöner Urlaub
Wir waren das zweite Jahr hintereinander bei Familie Wolff . Wir sind wie immer sehr zufrieden. Sie sind nett, zuvorkommend, aufmerksam. Diese Unterkumpft kann ich nur empfehlen, ideal zum Entspannen, raus vom Alltag , aber auch Sehnswürdigkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Für meine Jungs, die sehr gern mit den Bike fahren ist es ideal und wir als Familie hatten sehr viel Spass .

Super schöner Urlaub
Wir sind in diesem Jahr das zweite mal hier und sind total zufrieden. Viel Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen, aber auch die Natur genießen ist sofort möglich. Die Ruhe ist perfekt um runter zu kommen vom Alltagsstreß. Aber auch für Biker ist was dabei, für meine Jungs waren die Abfahrten das Größte. Sehr liebe , nette , zuvorkommende Vermieter.
