The house is very nice and very clean. Very nice and friendly hosts and helpful. It was a very nice vacation and we will definitely come back to viechtach.

We were received very friendly and received valuable tips for culinary. The house is unusual in terms of Ambiente but very tastefully decorated. We felt good immediately.

We, my husband and I, as well as our two daughters, 26 and 23 years young, were very greeted by Mrs. Schreiner. She showed us everything and explained. We were very enthusiastic, but the set-up was a bit cloudy. The kitchen is definitely much too small. We had to distribute some things out of the closet, as well as from the bit of work space in the rest of the living room, otherwise there would be no place for cooking and food. There was unfortunately not 1 sharp knife, no dough knife, no potato stirrer. The blade of the potato peeler flew off when it was set. In the dishwasher was still cutlery and stirrer from the previous tenant. We also had to rinse the pan, which was unfortunately burnt in the cupboard. There were only 5 dishwashers and 1 spare waste bag as well as 1 Zewarolle. Spices, unfortunately no. The holiday house has some exceptional features. This includes the open bedroom, unfortunately no privacy !!! This must be indicated in the description !!! The freischwebende Hängebrücke leads to the upstairs bedroom. We have not understood the meaning. The bridge is very shaky and very loud. For small children absolutely dangerous! We were always frightened when you sit down on the sofa and from above one comes. If at night someone had to the toilet was definitv everyone immediately awake. Next to the bed above, a door, the only way, was in a mini chamber, which still contained a bed and a peephole down to the main bed, ??? It would have been nicer if you had a small bathroom upstairs with a toilet, instead of the completely glass shower existing between the first and second floor. The sauna, just lovely. The huge bathtub in the sleeping area a dream which everyone should use. Wellness pure. In the beds, we all slept well. My highlight was definitv the cuddle, or also Leseeck

We stayed at Haus Samoa in Viechtach in autumn 2020. The weather was not nice, but the house was all the more beautiful, so that one liked to spend more time in the house than originally planned. Hand and bath towels are available, the beds were already made. All rooms are very spacious and very clean groomed. Many small and large extras make the house something special: suspension bridge instead of stairs to the 3rd floor, a "floating" shower, waterfall in the living room, reading bay, sauna etc. Only the kitchen is a bit small. The landlords are very friendly and offer a bread service (organic). It was a very relaxed week.

We were very friendly by the landlord in receipt. The accommodation was clean and nicely decorated. The bread service we enjoyed very much. Towels, bath towels, tea towels were available in sufficient quantity. Surroundings The house was in a quiet settlement. The unobstructed view from the terrace (living room) was very nice.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic here. The house was designed with great care and very original design. Examples rain shower hung in the stairwell, a rope bridge to the upper verdieping.Adembenemend and incredibly fun to verblijven.Enige tip we had was the wifi connection. There was occasionally really nothing to catch on, but that of course is again beneficial for the rest!

I am enthusiastic about the architecture. Upon entering the house one looks forward to the coming days. The house is absolutely recommended. Both the quiet with fantastic Panoramaaussichtals location and the very friendly owner, and not least the incredibly beautiful and interesting house itself, an adventure playground for adults and wellness oasis! Made with great craftsmanship, provided with many creative ideas that you have experienced first hand . There is absolutely nothing wrong with it, everything is clean, works and has held more than versprochen.Die beds are accessible to soil level and partly ladder / rope bridge that is very original but not geeigent for disabled or elderly people. Whom you do not mind ... it is great fun, the kitchen is very small, but incredible: it fits everything you need for a purely zuzubereiten.Alles food in the house has very high Qualtität.Die location is a bit outside, above with wonderful views of Viechtach. A great fun and beautifully furnished cottage. On the first floor a water bed, bath and sauna, delicious course. In the middle of the house is the rain shower. If you want more privacy, the toilet is also a shower. Via a footbridge takes you to the 2nd floor with 4 beds located. Downstairs the living room with (small) kitchen. However, the kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher etc.. The cottage is well warm. Towels abound, including the sauna. The owner has everything designed and made. Decor provides somewhat South American to (footbridge, waterfall in living room, etc.). The owner comes every morning fresh German bread bring delicious! Around is much to do. We were there with our daughter of 4 early March. There was snow, we have walked gerodeld, visited the Bavarian forest, actually we had enough time. Viechtach In (5 min drive) are enough supermarkets and other stores. We had a fantastic week, highly recommended and a place to come back.

What a beautiful and atmospheric house! Super clean and everything has been thought of. Great view too. Friendly owner. No buts? Well, somewhat small kitchen, but everything is there, but that's the only thing. How beautiful it must be here in the summer! There is a small boat (Waldbahn) from the village which is free for guests and takes you to many places in the region. 6 berths, but keep in mind that if you are me you have little privacy in terms of sleeping….have fun!! The house has a very surprising format. 3 floors and everything is open, there are no doors between the rooms, very nicely done. Furthermore, it is equipped with all the luxury, even the waterbed was very nice. Setting is wonderful, close to shops and forests. Beautiful house for people who want to come to rest in a luxurious setting only suitable for people with back problem because all the beds are at ground level. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom is somewhat difficult to achieve, it's fun for children because of a real catwalk. On arrival we were welcomed by a very cheerful and enthusiastic host, you can specify whether you want each morning buns for breakfast. These are delivered fresh every morning (even on 1 May when everything is closed). We had a wonderful time!

Luxurious and special holiday home: sauna, spacious living room and master bedroom with bath, separate bathroom, fully glass shower that "floats" in the room, split level layout, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, four more sleeping places accessible via a "walkway" so suitable for a family with children. Breakfast service so fresh croissants and rolls every morning. Spacious garden with a beautiful view of the area, quiet and good sun position. Very friendly owner who likes to make you feel at home. Beautiful area for cycling, motorcycling. The city of Prague is within reachable distance for a fun day out.
