Hello dear guest, we have 2 apartments in the same house,
1x this approx. 135m² large apartment here, with 3+1 bedrooms and 1 sleeping couch in the living room, (in 2 bedrooms there is a washing place in each room and in 1 bedroom there is a baby cot), for up to 14-17 people and
1x our smaller approx. 54m² almost barrier-free ground-level large apartment, for up to 4-7 people.
Both of our holiday flats are fully equipped, just like a normal flat, or perhaps even a little better.
And every guest in our house receives an all-inclusive guest card, with which you can visit and use at least 40 of the most attractive and beautiful leisure facilities in our area here, often even once a day, completely free of charge.
Our family-friendly holiday flats are located on the beautiful Amesberg, at an altitude of 700 m (the Amesberg has an altitude of 830 m), "in the heart" of the Bavarian Forest, in the district of Bavaria with the most forests and thus the most oxygen, in the midst of several climatic health resorts, near Bodenmais (approx. 17 km), the Arber (approx. 15 km), and the Bavarian Forestkm), to the Arber (ca.30km), to the national park (ca.40km), you can hike from the apartment at least 3 hiking trails (ca.30 min., or ca.1h to the Kronberg, or ca.3-4h) over the Rieß to the castle ruin Neunußberg, or you relax e.g. on the Hollywood swing or grill on the panorama terrace, or make a romantic campfire, .....
There are also 2-3 kettcars, 1-2 unicycles, 2-3 tricycles, 1-2 plastic slides, 1 small plastic seesaw etc. for the children.

| The visitor's tax is €1.70 per person and night for adults and €0.50 per person and night for children over 6. Children from 6 years 0,50€ per person and per night. You can enjoy a free bread roll service on site. (Order by 6 p.m. at the latest!) You only have to pay the bakery for the rolls. You are welcome to barbecue on the terrace and make a campfire. (Free wood is available) (My parents used to have a farm, We only have one moody cat now. "Grin") |

Heavenly peace
We, as a family, spent a wonderful vacation at Amesberg. Our holiday apartment was clean and tidy. The kitchen is equipped with everything. Cozy living room. Beautiful view, heavenly peace and pure nature. Many excursion destinations nearby. Ideal with children. Very friendly and helpful landlords. Thank you very much, Family Heigl.
