Very nice apartment with nice landlords. The equipment is excellent and there is a lot to discover. The only disadvantage: the second bed is only 140 cm wide. Only suitable to a limited extent for 2 adults.

Upon arrival, very helped by the owners with luggage to bring inside and with explanations about the use of the house. Very spacious house with use of private garage. Beautiful view and nice garden around the house where it is easy to sit. Minus point is the way. There is a lot of traffic here and that is important. Was not a big problem for us and you do not notice anything inside. Slept well!

Pleasant and warm welcome. It is an excellent and large holiday home with private garage. Much area where beautiful walks can be made and many possibilities to visit interesting things, including a graphite mine and a granite quarry. A visit to the town of Cesky Krumlov in the Czech Republic is a must.

A warm welcome after a long drive (14 hours with the traffic jams on the A3)! The host and hostess helped us to bring the bags inside. View from the house is beautiful, even in the evenings the lights on the mountain. The children have a lot of fun, the hostess brought toys (duplicate / car 's) they did not use their own toys, help playing outside with fish voeren.Genoeg towels / kitchen towels.

We have done a lot, to have been that weird I salburg everyone. To go there if you're in the neighborhood, we've also been to a village there are the house of Hauzenberg from the 1800s Conveniant fun to watch is the host and wife are lovely people. we had nice weather so we gezitten in the garden every day, we see a very nice come out certainly treug again

You can wish you no better holiday than this. It is spacious, very clean and modern. The missing anything, even coffee filters are ready. Crockery, cutlery and glasses are widely available. We even had a private garage. The reception was very cordial and helpful. The owners are very friendly people, always willing to give advice and answer questions. The walks are limited right from the home, but in the vicinity are plenty of hiking trails. We have been eleven days with bad weather, but despite that we enjoyed ourselves immensely. Overall highly recommended

We stayed for three nights with a couple befreundetem in this apartment. The apartment was really four big enough for us, good and fashionable furnishings, there was no facility corpses who missed their way to the bulky waste. The cleanliness in the apartment was great, if not even more how great, there was also a nirgenswo approach of dirt or dust !!! Whether cooking utensils or Dekosachen, everything new! After Passau is about 20 minutes by car, so you are jerk twitch da.Wir can recommend in good conscience continue this holiday and wish to salute the nice landlord in this sense.

Upon arrival you will be greeted warmly by the host. During your stay, nothing is too much for him and repeatedly asks him if everything is to your liking. The house is spacious, luxurious and very clean. Small downside is the location, it is unclear busy road when driving at a decent speed. After some file-suffering on the German motorway we were very kindly welcomed by our host and wife, who lived in the upper floor of the house. But what a surprise when we got the "own" garage next to our own entrance door. Unfortunately, the weather in our holiday week did not work like this (rain and a temperature drop of 28 degrees when we reached 15 degrees in our holiday week). In the area there was fortunately some "indoors" to see (granite museum, graphite mine, Passau castle), but we wanted some more hiking weather in this Luftkurort.

Four years ago (May 2015) we were the first guests in this holiday. Everything was fine then. And now for the second time we have greatly enjoyed this really fantastic and clean holiday home. This is a nice clean apartment. There was enough space for 2 children and 2 adults and nothing was missing in terms of equipment. As soon as you arrived, you were greeted warmly by the Raab couple, and this warmth continued throughout the week of our stay.
