The gorgeous site allows you a dreamy view of the dense mountains all around. The lake, the river and the forest, all can be enjoyed in an unbelievable distance of just 100 m. The popular Steinplatte/Winklmoos ski area and the cross-country skiing paradise of the Three Lakes Area are a treat for ski enthusiasts. Pubs, horses, Tennis, Golf and even water sports can be enjoyed nearby.
The pet-friendly apartment charges € 5 per night. While guests can fish in the pond, paid sauna and shared pool allow a relaxing bath. Private terrace, balcony and shared garden with grill available, bar and high chair ensure both comfort and joy. Parking and play equipment are available.

We felt very comfortable and had a good time. The apartment is perfect and spacious enough for two people with a pet. The third person sleeps in the living / dining room. Only the bathroom and especially the shower are a bit cramped. There is a huge mirror and two sinks with plenty of storage space, but only a narrow passage. For beds were great. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the mountains and on the other side of the street is the Förchensee - wonderful for walking. You can also start numerous hikes right outside the door, knowing that you are in the middle of nature and that you drive a quarter of an hour to Ruhpolding. But then you will find everything you need (especially the super delicious baker). For sat navs you should know that you may have to enter Seehaus instead of Ruhpolding.

A beautiful location with excellent nature areas. Well received by the owner, very helpful regarding the sights. As a recommendation, I can say it's worth the effort to see Berchtesgaden! Minus apartment is not so baby friendly. Could get more attention.

Upon arrival we were immediately welcomed by the owner, got a guided tour of our booked room, and at the reception we received various leaflets about the area and explaining what's nearby. Owner was always ready for you.
