What an amazing experience! This vacation home is perfect for anyone wanting to escape into nature. The open kitchen and dining area with large windows offered breathtaking views of the Hintertodtmoos valley. We spent evenings on the terrace, soaking in the fresh air and enjoying the tranquility. The host was very welcoming and made us feel at home, which added charm to our stay. We will definitely return here for more relaxation in this stunning part of the Black Forest!

Spacious house, nice that there are a number of rooms own bathroom and toilet. The kitchen is spacious and there is more than enough cutlery and crockery available. The living room is less spacious. We were here with 10 people and for that the living room was good. With more people it will be a bit tighter. The house is much less noisy than you would expect from a wooden house. The owner lives on the ground floor but we have only seen twice in a week. So you have a lot of privacy in this house.

We booked this holiday with eleven people, including two young adults (15 and 17) and 2 kids aged 4 and 8. It is a holiday home in typical Black Forest style, put in a prime location overlooking the valley of Todtmoos. The rooms are very spacious. The living room offers plenty of room and the kitchen. For our group, it was perfectly aligned. Slightly larger groups will have something trouble with the size of the living spaces. Proprietress Maria occupy the lower floor. It is helpful, but keep your privacy as a priority. In short, she is there when you need them. The whole is a bit dated, but who looks through it has to do with character holiday home. The area is perfect for walking and cycling (klimmen!! MTB "super-ers). For other entertainment you have to take into account car-rides (Titisee-Neustadt 45min. Freiburg 1h15).
