Overall assessment

Basically a house with plenty of space for children and adults. Kitchen and sitting area really nice, bedrooms simple but sufficient for us, the room with table tennis, table football, dartboard is great but the cleanliness of the house leaves a lot to be desired. The upper bathroom is really dusty, you have the feeling that you haven't seen a cleaning rag for weeks, the drain in the shower is more bad than good, luckily there is a large shower downstairs that is OK. The rooms and stairs were only poorly swept or vacuumed when we arrived. This is really not a good arrival when you have to start the vacuum cleaner first. Otherwise it's ok.

The house was easy to find and the reception friendly. The accommodation is somewhat strange in terms of layout, but clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The area is beautiful for walking and cycling. The village is quiet and small. For small children I find the house not so suitable because of the stairs and that you always have to go up or down a staircase to go to the toilet.

a very nice location but the house itself is pretty basic.Unfortunately my deposit was not paid back and I have to figure out how to get me back!

The house is not repetitive considering it is too expensive

The cottage is beautiful, overlooking the Moselle. From home are already walks. The house is spacious. Ideal for a large group.

Near the Moselle and the village Briedel is a great base for a holiday in this beautiful area. The house we stayed in, however, was well below par. The interior and furniture were quite old and often play. But especially the state of hygiene was poor. For a property with a mandatory cleaning fee of € 60.00 you can expect more.

We are here in the autumn gone to. Cottage is really good, despite many negative reactions to the site. The cottage is clean, spacious enough and definitely fun for families. Setting is beautiful, right on the Mosel!

We have to Haus Briedel had a great base for our annual outing with a group of friends of eight people. The communal living space is a little tight, but doable. If you watch TV keeps looking than anything else, because there is only a DVD player with a small LCD TV but no aansluiting.Omgeving is beautiful, especially seen from the water.

Briedel is a very nice place to be. Near the shopping center and the outdoor Zell one hand and you are immediately in the beautiful forests where you can walk. Our accommodation was super. Especially the recreation room (with shotters table and pingpong table) was great. Only thing was that there was no cable TV. You could probably watch DVD 's.

nice old village is very quiet at night so nothing to do purely on for dear repose haves

Beautiful spacious house overlooking the Moselle. Beds are (as in many holiday) too small for adults. Beds of just under 2 meters for people like me (1.87m) simply too klein.Stoffer and gaze sadly lacking. However, DVD player with screen but no TV. The area offers plenty of happy afleiding.Je can go cycling. By bike hire in the village be careful! Of the five bikes that we hired were two defective.

In late September, so it was very quiet in this village! Very nice setting, with lovely walks nearby and the beautiful Moselle vineyards right outside your door! The planwagenfahrt (with a covered wagon tour through the vineyards with wine tasting) is highly recommended! We enjoyed our weekend in this house!

The house is 50 meters from the Moselle. You have a beautiful view over the vineyards and the river. The village Briedel is beautiful. Nice church on the hill, small center with cobbled streets. You walk under the motorway to a ferry that takes you to the other side. Nice for a walk along the Moselle. Also there is a safe walking path along the river. Cochem is nearby, with a beautiful castle high on the hills. The house has many possibilities. Spacious bedrooms and nice room with table tennis. The sitting room is small for 8 people, the kitchen also. The terrace is lovely in the morning sun. A disadvantage is the very busy road 10 meters away. It is the main road to Zell and that gives a lot of noise during the day. The house is well situated on a quiet street, but the sound is coming from the motorway behind. The beds are very good synthetic, we had our own covers and brought our own pillows. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a bakery in the village. Also a tourist office very convenient. The surroundings are beautiful.

Nice spacious house with a view of the Moselle. No garden, but I didn't miss it.
You can walk nicely from the house.
On arrival it smelled a bit like fuel oil, but if you open the windows for a while, it's gone in no time ...

Echt prachtig. Winkels en restaurants in de buurt.

It is a fine house, ..... but do not expect too much. 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8), there is only one (1) bathroom, which means that if anyone needs fifteen minutes in the bathroom, we could only have breakfast together! After 2 hours This was just absurd! In addition, the dryer was broken for a long time and a few bedrooms were some lights broken. The maintenance left much to be desired. As a base along the Moselle to visit the lovely towns and villages liked it just fine. What was really fun, it was the large balcony overlooking the Moselle. It is a pity that it is quite noisy because the house is very close to the road condition and also unfortunate is that it has no garden.
