Our stay in the villa was simply wonderful! The space was sufficient for our family, with six bedrooms that comfortably accommodated everyone. We particularly enjoyed the garden, perfect for morning coffee. The location near Cochem Castle made it easy for us to explore.

This villa is all about vibes! Spacious rooms and the garden is perfect for relaxing. The sauna is amazing after a long day exploring Cochem Castle. We will definitely come back!

We had a fantastic time in the villa! The space was perfect for our group, many bedrooms and bathrooms, super clean too. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals, which was a nice surprise. The only downside was that the pool was closed for renovations, but we still found plenty of fun nearby. Would absolutely recommend this place for a family getaway!

This villa exceeded our expectations! Each room was tastefully decorated and the sauna was a welcome surprise after a long day of hiking. The proximity to the Cochem (Mosel) train station made it easy to explore without a car.

Nice house, plenty of space, everything neat and clean. However, cooking on the gas stove was not enjoyable. The pots were too small for 15 people and the pans seemed to be incompatible with gas stoves, as it was not possible to brown any vegetables or similar. I have cooked on gas stoves many times and have never experienced this. This could be improved here.

The (restored) holiday home in the holiday resort of Cochem was a good size and spacious, with plenty of dishes. Basically great. BUT it was definitely not clean when we arrived. The refrigerator wasn't washed out at all and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The announced drinks voucher, which should be deposited for us as a small compensation on the bistro terrace, was not deposited there. We waited several days for the defective parasol to be replaced. What particularly bothered me was the lack of waste separation in the park, which is located in Germany, even if it belongs to a Dutch provider. You could only separate residual waste and used glass. There was no way to collect paper (at least we didn't find one) and certainly not for plastics / composites that belong in the "yellow sack". I find that impossible in today's world.

The stay and the landlord were excellent, unfortunately I could not say that about Belvilla customer service. Weird construction, booking at Belvilla, paying a bit at Belvilla, paying a bit at Roompot, but if something had to be arranged, everyone shifts it to the landlord, a pity.

Via bellvilla (which was cheaper than roompot itself) rented a 14 pers comfort holiday home on ferienresort cochem. The house has been renovated, which was reflected in the good sofa, table, chairs and beds. We have been to this park before so had experiences with previous establishments. Cleaning was fine in my opinion, hear a lot of complaints, but couldn't find any of it. Outside good (reclining) chairs. Upstairs was the sauna, difficult to adjust, but at a certain point found the right setting. Since we were in this large house with 2 people, it was spacious enough for us. Beautiful surroundings, we had brought our bikes and cycled a different part of the Moselle every time for 10 days.

Via bellvilla (which was cheaper than roompot itself) rented a 14 pers comfort holiday home on ferienresort cochem. The house has been renovated, which was reflected in the good sofa, table, chairs and beds. We have been to this park before so had experiences with previous establishments. Cleaning was fine in my opinion, hear a lot of complaints, but couldn't find any of it. Outside good (reclining) chairs. Upstairs was the sauna, difficult to adjust, but at a certain point found the right setting. Since we were in this large house with 2 people, it was spacious enough for us. Beautiful surroundings, we had brought our bikes and cycled a different part of the Moselle every time for 10 days.
