These detached 12-person villas are spread out over the spacious Cochem holiday resort.

The villas were restyled in 2018 and are furnished in a modern and complete way. You'll have five bedrooms at your disposal, one of which on the ground floor and four upstairs. Three of the bedrooms feature two single beds and two have three single beds each; some in a double set-up. There are four bathrooms, one on the ground floor and three upstairs. One of the bathrooms features a traditional sauna.

A storage room with washing machine and dryer complete the picture.

There is also a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There's room to park one car at the villa. The other cars can be parked in the central parking.

Please note that there is working going on this park regarding different facilities. Inconvenience cause is regretted!

2027: The swimming pool is closed from 11.01 to 17.01.2027 due to renovation work.

In one of the most well known and popular holiday areas of Germany, the Moselle area, lies Holiday- and Golf resort Cochem. You will find the luxurious bungalow of this brand new resort in the heart of the beautiful constructed golf courses with water groups and bunkers. This is an alternating location, with the facilities in the centre building and the unique Moselle landscape, also for those who dont play golf. Surroudings: In a marvellous and various environment, with picturesque little wine villages and the medieval centre of Cochem in the near vicinity, you will enjoy a excessive amount of possibilities in order to be active and to relax. Recommendations are the gastronomy, the delicious Moselle Riesling and the world famous Cochemer Fortress, which is the symbol of the region. To be short, a wonderful environment in order to totally take some time off. The swimmingpool of the resort is closed form the 5th till the 16th of november. You will be compensated with free entrance tickets for the Moselbad in Cochem.

A resort with luxury villas and many facilities, situated on a plateau not far from the Mosel.

Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 22.
Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.

We would like to verify you that at bad weather conditions the golf course might be closed. This decision will be made every day, possibly every hour.

At Ferienresort Cochem, from January 10, 2022 to mid-May 2022, hard work is being done on the center building. As a result, most indoor facilities are closed. The reception is open. Just like the swimming pool, if the corona measures allow it at that time. Outdoor activities are organized at the park for the kids. The supermarket will be open in a small form. And there will be a food truck in the park for take-away dishes.

From Monday 10 January 2022 to Friday 21 January 2022 Swimming Pool De Berkenhorst will be closed for maintenance.

We would like to point out that in the period between January 3, 2022 to February 18, 2022, March 7, 2022 to April 1, 2022, November 7, 2022 to December 23, 2022 and January 2, 2023 to January 9, 2023 during midweek, the Koos Kids Club is closed and there will be no recreation program.

What I really have trouble with is that we have had to pay almost 200, - in local taxes with six people, while Cochem and Ediger Eller both don't charge local taxes to tourists. That's a term for, scams?! The nice thing about a holiday in Cochem is that you drive there in no time. The journey lasted about 4.5 hours. If you then have 25+ degrees, you have little reason to complain. from Germany starts or ends in Cochem and the Moselle offers beautiful views. The rest is a lot of greenery. The accommodation is okay, you choose a house yourself and your neighbors have to take it in. That's not always a success. The pool was out of service for about half the time, so you can't let the kids swim independently. The free tickets for the Moselbad in Cochem were a nice compensation. There was hardly anyone in the huge outdoor swimming pool, with a challenging slide and a jump tower. If you put a little effort into it, you will still find places where you are not treated as a troublesome tourist, but simply get very tasty food and can take your time. That is somewhat difficult in Cochem itself.

After a smooth reception procedure, we were able to use our neat, clean house with comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture and comfortable beds. A compliment deserves the service organization of the park! A defective combi microwave was replaced within a day on Saturday; the same goes for a broken umbrella. We were 7 people. However, the house is offered for 12 people (beds and furniture are calculated accordingly) and then a too small fridge and combi microwave is a crime. For the children, the communal swimming pool was an almost daily attraction. In Cochem and the surrounding area there is plenty to do for young and old. A lack of privacy is the lack of privacy! Our house was with a dining area and terrace just a few meters from that of the neighbors (houses are mostly mirrored). A more extensive landscaping between the houses could solve this privacy problem to an important extent. In summary: with 7 people a great place for a wonderful holiday.

Our stay in the beautiful villa near the Moselle was simply delightful! The space is incredibly welcoming for larger groups, with five well-furnished rooms that offer plenty of privacy. The modern furniture made us feel at home. We particularly enjoyed the terrace for morning coffee, savoring the peaceful view of the garden. The location is perfect for exploring Cochem Castle and indulging in local wine at the nearby Weingut Daniel Bach, just a short drive away. Despite some ongoing renovation work at the resort, it did not hinder our experience. I highly recommend this place for families or friends looking for a relaxing getaway!

House for 12 people: very good layout of the rooms, appropriate number of bedrooms, each family (4) had their own bathroom :-)) + 2 separate toilets, large living/dining area with open kitchen, 2 refrigerators - super!! Very nice large dining table, you could sit comfortably! The kitchen was well equipped, but we were missing a few small things: knife, vegetable peeler, large cutting knife, bottle opener, thermos, and a toaster would have been nice too. In the center, there were many play options for young and old - it would have been nice if there had been a playground for smaller children in the living area! Unfortunately, the weather during Pentecost was not very nice, so archery could not take place; instead, we went to 'Footgolf', which was a lot of fun! Indoor play areas for smaller and larger children - very good! Supermarket with wine shop - very well equipped - rolls, also available without pre-order, plentiful! All staff at the holiday resort we had contact with were very friendly and helpful! ! ! ! !
