These detached villas, which were renovated in 2017, are located on Ferienresort Cochem. The design is modern, comfortable and cosy.

You'll have a nice living room with underfloor heating and an open kitchen with several appliances at your disposal. On the ground floor you'll find two bedrooms, each with two single beds. There also is one bathroom. Upstairs there are another four bedrooms, three of which with two single beds and one children's room with a nice theme and a bunk bed. This bedroom is really something special for the kids. There are another three bathrooms upstairs. The bedrooms, except for the children's room, features two single box-spring beds, some in a two-person set-up. A storage room with washing machine and dryer complete the picture.

There is a garden with terrace and garden furniture and there is a parking space by the villa for one car.

2027: The swimming pool is closed from 11.01 to 17.01.2027 due to renovation work.

In one of the most well known and popular holiday areas of Germany, the Moselle area, lies Holiday- and Golf resort Cochem. You will find the luxurious bungalow of this brand new resort in the heart of the beautiful constructed golf courses with water groups and bunkers. This is an alternating location, with the facilities in the centre building and the unique Moselle landscape, also for those who dont play golf. Surroudings: In a marvellous and various environment, with picturesque little wine villages and the medieval centre of Cochem in the near vicinity, you will enjoy a excessive amount of possibilities in order to be active and to relax. Recommendations are the gastronomy, the delicious Moselle Riesling and the world famous Cochemer Fortress, which is the symbol of the region. To be short, a wonderful environment in order to totally take some time off. The swimmingpool of the resort is closed form the 5th till the 16th of november. You will be compensated with free entrance tickets for the Moselbad in Cochem.

A resort with luxury villas and many facilities, situated on a plateau not far from the Mosel.

Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 22.
Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.

We would like to verify you that at bad weather conditions the golf course might be closed. This decision will be made every day, possibly every hour.

At Ferienresort Cochem, from January 10, 2022 to mid-May 2022, hard work is being done on the center building. As a result, most indoor facilities are closed. The reception is open. Just like the swimming pool, if the corona measures allow it at that time. Outdoor activities are organized at the park for the kids. The supermarket will be open in a small form. And there will be a food truck in the park for take-away dishes.

From Monday 10 January 2022 to Friday 21 January 2022 Swimming Pool De Berkenhorst will be closed for maintenance.

We would like to point out that in the period between January 3, 2022 to February 18, 2022, March 7, 2022 to April 1, 2022, November 7, 2022 to December 23, 2022 and January 2, 2023 to January 9, 2023 during midweek, the Koos Kids Club is closed and there will be no recreation program.

The house and property were beautiful and clean. There were some defects in the house, but they didn't bother much, except that there was a wasp nest and one side couldn't be opened, and the garden part couldn't be used. There wasn't much for children in the property, but what was there was fine. I found it a pity that the staff in the restaurants often did not serve at all or seemed annoyed because they were not understood (staff only speaks English in part), my father (71) does not speak a word of English and often had a hard time asking something. Once we waited almost 2 hours for a pizza, here too more attention could have been given to the guests, especially when there are children who are crying because they are hungry, but here either there was no response at all or only grumpily in English.

The villa exudes an atmosphere of "outdated". It is spacious if you stay there with 6 instead of 10 people. The kitchen has sufficient equipment and plates/cutlery etc. Nice that there is a washing machine and dryer. The mentioned combination microwave is a regular microwave. There are two refrigerators with 1 large freezer compartment.
The mattresses on some beds really need replacing. This also applies to the shower cabin downstairs.
The garden around the house is spacious and offers sufficient privacy.
Please note: the swimming pool is being renovated and is not open now!

Nice and quiet park. Beautiful environment.

Cottage for 10 people is very spacious. Unfortunately, the kitchen is too small for 10 people. Think of fridge, freezer, stove with 4 burners, few pans.

It is a comfort house, unfortunately the technical service had to come for various comfort items because they do not work (properly).

Upon arrival, it turned out that the house had not been properly cleaned. Dirty old bread with sausage under a bed, stairs not sucked, a lot of dust, etc. Furthermore, there were unfortunately many defects in our house. The dishwasher and dryer were broken, the door to the garden had no latch to open it, the refrigerator was missing the vegetable drawer .. The house was clearly outdated, while it was not reflected in the photos. This was a pity The area around Cochem, on the other hand, is beautiful and well worth it.Our tip is to book a house somewhere else so that you can fully enjoy your stay.

Arrival was fine, check in was fast.Accommodation looked neat at first sight.In the house it was far from clean, we first had to mop ourselves in the living room because the floor was still sticking. There is more than enough to do in the area. Swimming in the outdoor pool nearby, canoeing, playing football on the lawn in front of the house and we went up a mountain with a gondola lift in Cochem. You can also swim in the Moselle, but then you have to look for a suitable place to enter the water. It was all very nice, we certainly enjoyed it.

Arrival was good reception at desk is friendly. It was a shame that our house is on the other side of the road and therefore fairly far from the central building. The house has a neat appearance on the outside, entrance with map works nice. When entering it is nice that it is a spacious house. The interior looks a bit cold and chilly. TV hanging crooked. What we think is a pity that there are sweeps on various walls from the killing of vermin. We experience this as dirty. Too bad there are 2 toilet rolls for a 10 person house. A freshener in the toilet is also desirable. The beds in the master bedroom may be of slightly higher quality, topper on it for example. These are mss details but for the price / quality this may be desired. The washing machine and dryer in the house are nice. It is a pity that the park seems to be a Dutch enclave.

Our stay in the vibrant villa near the Moselle River was absolutely delightful! The spacious layout was perfect for our family, especially for the kids who loved their themed room with bunk beds. We spent cozy evenings in the modern living room with underfloor heating. The location couldn't be better, just a few minutes' drive from Cochem Castle and some great dining spots like Divino. We found everything we needed in the well-equipped kitchen, which made meal preparation easy after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this place for families!
