Villa in Cochem with Sauna and Garden

We had a wonderful stay in the renovated villa near the Moselle! The villa was spacious and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is ideal for exploring Cochem, especially with Cochem Castle just a few minutes' drive away. After a day of sightseeing, we loved relaxing in the sauna. The kids enjoyed the garden, and we appreciated the outdoor space. Highly recommended for families!

We absolutely loved our time here! The living room was cozy with underfloor heating, and we spent our evenings watching movies and enjoying the view of the garden. The location was perfect for day trips to nearby attractions, including the stunning Eltz Castle. The hosts were friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome from the start. We will definitely come back!

It was OK, the house was functional. Counted cutlery for 4 people. Dishwasher didn't clean the dishes properly. The mattresses on the beds were like hammocks. ... Very dusty under the beds as well as in some corners of the house (there is still a lot of room for improvement). The bathrooms were positive. Outside area and washing machine/tumble dryer and sauna were not used. Food from the food truck, apart from the fries, was a disaster (that's why the restaurant wasn't visited).

Dear Sir or Madam, The stay in the booked house began with a floor in the house that was not vacuumed and not mopped. That was then done by us. Upon further inspection, we found that the shower head in the shower room was broken and black mold was present in the joint area. After a message in the office, the shower head was replaced, but the black mold in the shower was not removed. A use of the shower bath was also not possible because of the mold spores. We expect appropriate compensation for the unusability of the shower room. Kind regards, Raimund Ramm

Also many and good facilities at the park such as restaurant, supermarket, etc. Minus is that the park still has little vegetation, probably because it is fairly recent. As a result, there is less privacy with neighbors, especially with regard to the garden terrace

We were warmly welcomed and the cottage was beautiful.

Arrival in the coldest week of the year, so far. Property was well warm and clean. Heating in both bathrooms were cold, no window curtain. TD was there soon for the radiators show that you have to warm downstairs to get the radiator on top. So that was open daily despite the cold windows or doors because the floor below was not to keep the underfloor heating was too hot. A curtain for the bathroom window was a bit of a thing, but after making it clear that I really did not want to have a look, a curtain was finally taken from another home. The seating area is very tight for 4 people or a much smaller table needs to be put down.

Overall, a great experience, The villa was clean and well-equipped, I particularly appreciated the washing machine, which made our stay much easier, The nearby Ediger-Eller train station was handy for day trips around the area

The location is very peaceful, making it an excellent place to relax. We enjoyed the short drive to Eltz Castle, which was breathtaking. The only downside was the renovations of the pool, but it did not affect our overall enjoyment.

I had a great time here. The rooms were comfortable and having two bathrooms was a lifesaver for our group. The outdoor terrace was perfect for morning coffee while we enjoyed the peace of the surroundings.
