Location is easy to find. Friendly welcome by owner, friendly family. Op well-travelable distance to Moselle where it is good to be. Detached, clean and tidy huis.Wel some traffic noise when you sit outside on the terrace, main road ie close at about 40 distance.

Beautiful cottage with everything you need. Only we missed a microwave. Owners were extremely friendly. The neighboring company (guard) dogs we have had no problems, also the busier road, we had no problems. All is well fenced which is very nice with a 15 month old toddler walking. Was a bit of searching but after some inquiries had found it so. Namely located just outside Kappel. (At the Volvo (car) dealership right and at the next board Kappel Right off) Overall a nice stay right where you can unwind.

It was not easy to find with the details of Belvilla.Heel nice reception by the owner. the cottage was fine. There is a patio where you can sit in the sun and behind a large lawn. Well a crossing of 2 roads very close.

The location of the cottage was against us, close to a busy road and there was no trail close to the house, if you wanted something you always had to take the car. Very nice is that you only 16 km from Zell-Mosel is, there it is wonderful and we are so much geweest.We also have other Moselle towns and visited the crater lakes at Daun.We have had good weather and we can look back on a nice holiday!

Tenant has helped us fine because our search for garage and car technical fault was. If even use a car loan so that the holiday does not fall within one day ago, and everything was arranged. Cars made by local garage for a decent price. Also we were the dogs they found the children very much. House was fine spacious and everything was there just no dishwasher.

Nice neat spacious house and good space around the house. Very nice owner. Had no problems with the company. Do not experience the traffic on the adjacent roads as a nuisance. Very good base for a wonderful trip (by car). For the Dutch, there was no cheese slicer ;-) We had 2 wonderful weeks.

A very nice quiet house, real brand new, in the middle of the forest. There were many tourist activities with young children in the vicinity. Owner is very friendly and welcoming. The house is a company that makes Christmas pieces and a large part of the year is not active, so it was very quiet. The house is situated on a main roads and therefore very suitable for trips. We come next year again for sure.

We had a wonderful two week holiday. The owner is a very nice man. There are two large guard dogs around. The dogs you sometimes hear barking at "night. The road 50 meters away is very busy. Also s" at night there is a lot of traffic on it. Overall a wonderful place to holiday.

Accomodation perfect, very friendly reception, but Belvilla should have reported with the info that the house is right on a very busy intersection where 100 km / h is driven and the airport Frankfurt / Hahn is 5 km away with many cargo flights.
