With a group of seven families had a very nice holiday. We have some lovely walks in the area. The house is large, but old and poorly maintained.

Kindly received, enjoyed the stay was with large group of friends first impression "old house", but in the end it's not so bad. Everything is there and working.

Stayed with family in this accommodation. The receipt by the manager was very neat. We were there half an hour earlier than agreed. But this was no problem for him. He then gave us a short tour. The accommodation is very central, in the middle of the village and close to the forest. have a nice walk! Because it is a former hotel, there is plenty of room, each has its own room. There is a real bar (German style, very cozy!), A separate breakfast room and large room for the children to play. This is all very fine. We were aware of the fact that the accommodation is older and had adjusted our expectations accordingly. However, we are very shocked by the state of maintenance in which the accommodation was located. Safety and hygiene remain important! In particular the bedrooms and associated bathrooms are very poorly maintained. For example, showers that are stuck with ductape. There is also large mold in the kitchen. I have uploaded photos so that you can see this. All this has given a negative taste to the stay.

With the whole family, children and grandchildren we have a wonderful week behind. An ideal home for many of us-we were 25 - to be with enough room for everyone. The venue was a paradise for kinderen.De rooms spacious and komfortabelDe environment is quiet, beautiful and varied. For each day the children had organized activities, tree climbing, walking along rocks and rivers, swimming in a Crater (volcanic lake) in Daun, organize Olympic Games, there was something for each. For the supply we went Neuerburg 5km away.
