We were warmly welcomed by Mr. and Mrs. Brauneck. They are very friendly and helpful. The house is beautifully and cozily furnished. It has everything you need. The view is very calming. In the beautiful surroundings, you can walk and cycle enough. You should definitely visit the town of Prüm. We looked in wonder at Mr. Brauneck's wood carving art. We enjoyed this 4-day trip. This is highly recommended.

A very nice vacation spot. Beautiful house, beautiful view. During the day and early evening some noise from tractors but not annoying. "Deep silence outside at night and sleep like roses. Very satisfied with this location!

We are now 4 days in Ferienhaus Spanchen and are having a great time. The apartment is nicely furnished and has everything you need. The view is beautiful. There is plenty to do in the area, especially if you like walking. It is close to Schonecker Schweiss, a very beautiful nature reserve. We enjoy a nice holiday here. Prum is also close by, you can walk there.

The arrival was warm! A nice holiday home, fully equipped. And yes, very clean! A beautiful view from the lovely garden; a living painting. Friendly owners, modest, always present in the background. Enjoyed the Heidelbeeren from the garden of Mrs. Brauneck and admired the woodcarvings of mr. Brauneck. Peace, nature, culture, walking and cycling opportunities in abundance. The Eifel has a lot to offer. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

The address of the apartment at Belvilla was incorrect. It is ferienwohnung Spänchen on Hauptstrasse 23 in Rommersheim, not in Giessdorf! After we actually found the house it was a very relaxing stay. Rommersheim is a small village with a lot of tranquility, farms and panoramic views. Also nice: there is a milk machine at the neighbors. For facilities such as a bakery and restaurants you can go to Prüm which is 3 km away.

Perfect holiday home in small village. In the village there is not much to do but you can quickly get all the sides. Etc. Cycling on an old railway, strolling at Schwarzer mann.The owners are very friendly and helpful, they live above the holiday home but you do not feel they are there.The house is very clean and all you need is there. We were very kindly received. The cottage was exactly like the picture 's. It was pleasantly warm at entry (while the outside was freezing). The house was very clean and the kitchen was fully in terms of silverware, pots and pans. It was a lovely quiet village and although we a apartment were among the owners, we never heard them.

The owners who live above very nice but you hear them niet.Prachtige large garden with open views where you can zitten.Supermarkt all day in the sun and / or shade in Prum few kilometers away, one big Rewe with ample choice .Beautiful environment with lots of hiking opportunities and plenty of information previously available in the home. We also drove to Andernach, quite a bit but there is the largest cold water geyser of Europe, definitely worth it.

The town is indeed near Prum and provides all the necessities with several supermarkets close together. Another attraction is the ice cream cafe in the center. You can park your car for street parking for € 0.50.

In the village Rommersheim's nothing really to do. In other words & quotRust "at its best. And then you should not upset a cow from the nearby dairy farm that once additional wail. In short, a nice apartment with lovely views over the fields and definitely an excellent base for walks in the countryside of the Eifel and for trips by car in the (large) environment.

Rommersheim is a very small village. If you like hiking / like cycling is a beautiful area. For more culture to reach. Trier by car Prum is near where the messages can be achieved and where a number of cafes and shops. The brewery is also Bitburg visit. In the village Rommersheim's nothing really to do. In other words & quotRust "at its best. And then you should not upset a cow from the nearby dairy farm that once additional wail. In short, a nice apartment with lovely views over the fields and definitely an excellent base for walks in the countryside of the Eifel and for trips by car in the (large) environment.

We had a wonderful holiday. In the house everything was there, in good and clean condition. View over the meadows and a large piece of garden available (with furniture) where throughout the day is both sun and shade. From the tranquil surroundings of the property you are quickly in places like Prüm, Gerolstein and further away Daun and Trier ideal starting point for trips! We have had two weeks to our liking! enjoyed weekends in the countryside. Beautiful walks, bike rides nice (a bit tricky). Too bad the windows in the house which sit high. Therefore little visibility during food, aperitifs on the beautiful landscape.

We are warmly welcomed. The property was completely and very neat. It was for us a great base for beautiful tours through the Eifel. The town is indeed near Prum and provides all the necessities with several supermarkets close together. Another attraction is the ice cream cafe in the center. You can park your car for street parking for € 0.50.

Had wonderful days there. Beautiful scenery, apartment tiptop (all recent). Owners very friendly and live right next door. Useful if you know what to ask hebt.Bosrand walkable beautifully landscaped path, garden where children can play, ideal place for relaxing in a small farming village with nature dichtbij.Wij enjoyed it. Prima very quiet situated home. The owners who live above very nice but you hear them niet.Prachtige large garden with open views where you can zitten.Supermarkt all day in the sun and / or shade in Prum few kilometers away, one big Rewe with ample choice .Beautiful environment with lots of hiking opportunities and plenty of information previously available in the home. We also drove to Andernach, quite a bit but there is the largest cold water geyser of Europe, definitely worth it.

We were very kindly received. The cottage was exactly like the picture 's. It was pleasantly warm at entry (while the outside was freezing). The house was very clean and the kitchen was fully in terms of silverware, pots and pans. It was a lovely quiet village and although we a apartment were among the owners, we never heard them.

We thought it was a blissful restful holiday. "In the morning at breakfast the sun on the patch of grass for the cottage and " evening with dinner or a drink also sun! Perfect holiday home in small village. In the village there is not much to do but you can quickly get all the sides. Etc. Cycling on an old railway, strolling at Schwarzer mann.The owners are very friendly and helpful, they live above the holiday home but you do not feel they are there.The house is very clean and all you need is there. In the garden you can sit in the sun as well if you want to.

The address of the apartment at Belvilla was incorrect. It is ferienwohnung Spänchen on Hauptstrasse 23 in Rommersheim, not in Giessdorf! After we actually found the house it was a very relaxing stay. Rommersheim is a small village with a lot of tranquility, farms and panoramic views. Also nice: there is a milk machine at the neighbors. For facilities such as a bakery and restaurants you can go to Prüm which is 3 km away.

The arrival was warm! A nice holiday home, fully equipped. And yes, very clean! A beautiful view from the lovely garden; a living painting. Friendly owners, modest, always present in the background. Enjoyed the Heidelbeeren from the garden of Mrs. Brauneck and admired the woodcarvings of mr. Brauneck. Peace, nature, culture, walking and cycling opportunities in abundance. The Eifel has a lot to offer. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

Rommersheim is a very small village. If you like hiking / like cycling is a beautiful area. For more culture to reach. Trier by car Prum is near where the messages can be achieved and where a number of cafes and shops. The brewery is also Bitburg visit. The accommodation is perfect for two people, it is clean and all utilities are included. It is quiet and near can be walked. The owners are friendly and helpful.

We are now 4 days in Ferienhaus Spanchen and are having a great time. The apartment is nicely furnished and has everything you need. The view is beautiful. There is plenty to do in the area, especially if you like walking. It is close to Schonecker Schweiss, a very beautiful nature reserve. We enjoy a nice holiday here. Prum is also close by, you can walk there.

Nice, clean house under the house of the friendly owner who you do not notice. Beautiful, spacious garden with nice views and always a place in the sun. In the vicinity many opportunities for hiking. Marked trails, but a walking remains useful (VVV Prüm). Great holiday in beautiful surroundings.
