It's a nice clean apartment. In itself very spacious, except for the kitchen. There is little storage space, just enough crockery, no freezer and tight for the four of us to eat. The weather was nice, so we regularly ate on the spacious balcony. The owners are very friendly, willing to solve a problem. The apartment is noisy, you can hear walking, talking and the telephone of the owners who live above it. But those are moments.The garden is also very spacious.

Best house with colorful interior. Nice, friendly hostess. We had nice dry weather so we went out a lot, which is really no punishment in this area.

Many old towns on the Moselle. And it is certainly a good place to be in nature.

As befits an old house, the building and the stairs creak with every step the upstairs neighbors take. One of the beds is certainly not inferior,

The cutlery drawer is a bit sparse.

We certainly had nice days in Hoxel and enjoyed it.

On arrival we were warmly welcomed by Anja (owner of the accommodation). Accommodation was beautiful and super clean. Too bad there was no freezer.The area was beautiful, nice walks, you must be able to walk well. A challenge for us was the suspension bridge (100 meters high) at Mörsdorf. Worth the effort.

Friendly welcome, little problems were resolved quickly and accurately. Nice clean accomodation. The owner's steps on the floor above us and on the stairs were very audible (especially around 0630 and 2230). Great surroundings.

You need a car for trips, but we have two days, seen a lot, walked and visited. Instructive walks and when one is interested in culture and history, there is much to see and learn. We have in any case genoten.Wat we did notice is that the picture on the site is different from the reality. Maybe useful in the future to renew the photo in collaboration with the owner. We saw the arrival playset face with the slide, so we assume that the house had been. But that will undoubtedly good komen.Wij have in any case a very nice vacation in Hoxel.Monique Q.

This holiday for us was very good and gezelllig.De huseigenaar was himself a week on holiday and was hoeurs observed by their dear neighbors (also ouders.De trampoliene soccer goal and was well used by our children who also have erggenoten of the holiday . Everything was in for the holidays, we do not have such luxuries such as a dishwasher, two kids really liked to help with the afwas.Soms I missed as a washing machine, but not the worst because then it eventes hand wassen.Onze holiday could not be better and the area was very nice and a lot considering the local pool 7 km away.

Pleasant reception by friendly owner (she lives with her family on a higher floor and you have little involvement with her, has a separate entrance) was remarkably groomed (just gerenonveerde) interior. Nice bedrooms, comfortable beds, kitchen and living room are ok. Banks are not our taste but are delicious! The village Hoxel has a small supermarket within walking distance, it is also open on Sunday morning, handy for sandwiches etc. The village of Morbach (4 miles) has some nice restaurants and the larger supremarkten dciht together. The "Erbeskopf" is a must, from that recreation / ski area can have two nice walks. There is also a nice gossip job, definitely recommended! At the information center you can buy a handy card on which all regional and local walks are plotted (this card we have in the house left) Trier is a must, but it is good for the whole area. Make sure the walk to the old railway viaduct, valkbij, easy to do from home. We are left with regret, good holiday! Mark Remmel

We have spent a week in the cottage, you can cycle nice, but hilly area, so for us this was not possible from the cottage, the Mosel can be reached within 30 minutes, where cycling is nice and flat. The cottage is close to natuurgbied by car to do his bicycle and hiking trails well. There is also a walk to the Viaduct, which is also fun to do in Hoxel. The cottage is clean, the owner extremely friendly, the trampoline was broken, but we got a huge bucket toys on loan for our twin 2, Super! Huge garden where use can be made. Two spacious bedrooms. Kitchen is fine, but what really scarce in materials for cooking, but is ultimately good, we ate every night in the cottage. We had a very nice holiday and we would definitely recommend this cottage.

What a sweet people and what a clean house. What we did find is that there was no storage space for your groceries in the kitchen. But that should not spoil the fun. Had a super holiday.

The kitchen is nothing. There is not a tea cup. Kitchen utensils not spoon has yet to stir something through. No freezer. We believe the kitchen is too small to eat and all 4 people.

The apartment is spacious and very clean. The kitchen is small but just about everything is there. The days that we are there it is around 30 degrees, but inside it is nice and cool. The only tip I have: bring your own pillow if you really want to sleep well!

It was a great vacation. The house was very clean. Not particularly pretty but fine. The family was very friendly and you do not bother. The house is situated in a small village very central to all activities. Trier can you go what a beautiful city, the Mussel with its picturesque towns and various wine tastings, the gems area. The forests and hills are beautifully green. For children there is a job gossip and tree climbing nearby.

Very warmly received by Katja. Super clean apartment! Also very spacious for family with 2 kids and a super large balcony. Furthermore, lovely garden with trampoline, bbq, climbing device etc. Beautiful area with supermarkets in Morbach. Also visited Koblenz, Cochem, Bernkastel Kues and Idar Oberstein.

The property is just, but dated. Old sofa that is otherwise good. The kitchen chairs and table are below par. Just two wooden folding chairs and two chairs slightly better but certainly not comfortable. The TV is very old, a little old-fashioned classic thick tube. The area is nice and quiet and a village back (Morbach) has a good restaurant. For children there is much to do, but for adults there is plenty to do in the area.
