Hearty welcome with a homemade turban and local rosé.Now the Sommerrodelbahn Erbeskopf, where we have been reared a number of times. We have a midweek in the autumn before. The cottage is very comfortable and light. We really liked that there were plants in the living room. The house is beautiful and the people are very nice and helpful. They explained us everything about what a Passifhaus is. A house without heating it was warm! The garden is also very nice with 2 sunbeds and 2 seating areas. The large bedroom has a lovely twin bed. You can do some excellent shopping in Morbach.

We were kindly received with tasty presents. What a wonderful holiday we had! A super nice and complete house, a quiet area, lots of greenery. There is a stream in the garden. Our daughters played wonderfully in the water, caught boats, etc. In addition, a lot of toys were waiting for them on arrival, which was supplemented later. The children had a great time. And we have made good use of the garden furniture / loungers. We did not lack luxury! If we had questions about the area, the owners thought along with us. Our midweek early October we have 5 beautiful sunny days delivered in a rich nature without disturbing noises or crowds of people. The first day we were already on deer and roe deer that roamed freely in nature. Impressive but ... also that whole autumn with all life and sounds is a bliss. The rest, fresh air and the missing human noise is heavenly. Receiving overwhelmingly warm human. The house provides a great impression as a passive house. Five stars without more. A week holiday we had booked, maybe the last time for my old mother of 86. But what she enjoyed it!. Of course she could not remember everything, with her walker in the area, yet she wanted every day to go out. In the house itself she felt safe, the barrier-free format. The steps of the path to the terrace was no longer a problem to overcome. Together we saw that you could be active here, in many ways. Ms. Burkart said you could rent bikes from them or you eiegen bike sheds. Right from the apartment many opportunities for hiking, though we could then not use it. We are on our way enjoyed the scenery, the views of the Moselle, the forests and pastures from the Erbeskopf. You came into the apartment after a day trip, which was fully equipped, so cooking was done, and the dishes started the machine. Bath and bed linen included, that'll make an extra suitcase. And although we were not with us, even the little ones in the apartment thought, in short perfect!

Sitting outside now was not there. Many tourist excursions went after April 1 open. But never mind, there was still plenty to do. The Senfmühle in Cochem, wine tasting in Ernst (monastery), explore the Mosel (few people tourist season had started yet), Gemstone Museum in Idar-Oberstein, picturesque places like historic Herrnstein and Bernkastel-Kues wine museum. Had a great stay in this Nature House. A very complete and pleasant home where we felt right at home. The welcome, the tour of the house and the delicious homemade turban and fine wine certainly contributed to that! The "Passive" home is comfortable, bright and well equipped. Because we had we could also plenty of "our" outdoor terraces enjoy the beautiful weather of the world. All day sun, but also plenty of opportunities to find the shade. Bird concert, the view and the babbling brook will get in for free. What a wonderful rest !! The bed is fine, the shower lovely and the kitchen is fully equipped. Towels are in abundance. However, this means that all cabinets packed down and there remains much room for your groceries and food. The house is spotless and very comfortable. The house is situated in a small valley in a very small village. In the immediate vicinity there is not much to do, do you not objection 40 a 50km ride then home Burkart a great base. For shopping you have to set the 15 km from Morbach. reception by the owner is very warm and welcoming. Our 5th trip happened with beautiful spring weather. For the first time we have used the loungers at the babbling brook. In the sun with a bird concert and a wild albino deer grazing at 100m distance. Which spa could object to. The reception was overwhelming. A real homecoming. For the first time our daughter who was having the time of her life. There is a ramp for wheelchair and made a cart for the luggage. Also in the bathroom shower chair added. Hearty welcome with a homemade turban and local rosé.Now the Sommerrodelbahn Erbeskopf, where we have been reared a number of times. This is located halfway between the Flugausstellung in Hermeskeil, where many planes are to be admired, and a cup of hot chocolate with whipped cream may not be missing inside the Concorde plane. When driving to Trier at the Dom, Liebfrauenkirche, Porta Nigra, Hauptmarkt etc., go to Luxembourg City , Which has a very cozy inner city where many had been organized. Swimmers liked the children too. In Bitburg there is a large swimming pool (Cascade) with Black Hole slide, diving boards, etc. It is a good day to stay. We were in this lovely house from April 26th to May 10th, 2024. The host and hostess are very friendly and nothing is too much for them. We felt extremely welcome with a bottle of wine and homemade treats. Everything is really present in the house. The garden is also very nice with 2 sun loungers and 2 seating areas. The large bedroom has a lovely king-size bed. You can do your shopping fine in Morbach. We enjoyed walking in the nearby area. We also looked for a few more hiking routes by car. This apartment is a passive house which has been getting used to, but once you do it once mastered it is fine. Upon entering we were immediately greeted with a freshly baked turban and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The owners of the apartment live in the house above what the questioning is easy. The location of the house on a river is great. The village Merschbach is a small hamlet, but driving there are larger towns where supermarkets zijn.Wat I am concerned, this apartment is a must and it is not for nothing already won several awards Belvilla within fifteen minutes!

Spring was still open, sunny moments and lots of clouds but no rain and for the end of March. In the house there is a very pleasant temperatures and plenty of light. Sitting outside now was not there. Many tourist excursions went after April 1 open. But never mind, there was still plenty to do. The Senfmühle in Cochem, wine tasting in Ernst (monastery), explore the Mosel (few people tourist season had started yet), Gemstone Museum in Idar-Oberstein, picturesque places like historic Herrnstein and Bernkastel-Kues wine museum. We were kindly received with tasty presents. What a wonderful holiday we had! A super nice and complete house, a quiet area, lots of greenery. There is a stream in the garden. Our daughters played wonderfully in the water, caught boats, etc. In addition, a lot of toys were waiting for them on arrival, which was supplemented later. The children had a great time. And we have made good use of the garden furniture / loungers. We did not lack luxury! If we had questions about the area, the owners thought along with us. Big plus of this house: the owner makes the garden tables dry / clean every morning. And regularly asks if there are any towels. There was a whole cupboard full (!), So we had plenty. At the end of the holiday Annette surprised our girls with a gift. You notice everything that they go all the way. A few tips: the gemstone mine in Idar-Oberbach. (For Dutch people: you can follow the tour for free with headphones) We traveled by train from Sehlem to Cochem. Very nice view, especially the last part. In Merschbach we walked to the grill hut on top of the mountain. The Ortelsbruch in Morbach is great fun for children. It is a large playground, where you can immediately take a nice walk; in the meantime you pass a launderette check. All in all a very nice holiday. If possible we will definitely come back again!

House Burkart is our birth right. The house is small. We were in on arrival welcomed by Mrs. Burkart, who brought us around the house then we were very surprised by the kompleete home and we lacked for nothing whatsoever. R nWhat you could need was then in the house of hand and tea towels to bath towels to allow the use of the washing machine was possible, even a nice turban cake which was very tasty. Also everything is neat and clean We thank you for the hospitality and her husband for help with the problems I had with the internet that he has solved fine for me. Cottage is very well finished, neat and clean and everything in terms of linens and more present. Price / quality at a much higher level than a holiday cottage! Lovely spacious for two adults and a child of 7. Our dream vacation! This cottage is in a word GEWELDIGWe have never received so friendly, The Fam. Burkart are very welcoming, helpful, nothing is too much if you ask something! The house is beautiful, all the trimmings, super nice view, nice garden with flowers and a stream, and a beautiful environment where plenty to see and do ! Only you do need the car! It's so quiet and that is what we love, We will definitely go back again!

The neat modern house is called a & quotpassive 'house. Means something like & quotaardverwarming ". The whole week we had a very pleasant temperature with a healthy air. Fantastic garden available with a running stream. Nice base for cycling and walking tours or day trips to the villages / cities around the Moselle. Beautiful area for those who love it here. This home has won a 2nd place in Best Belvilla home in Germany.
