The villas in this park stand out because of their unique, original architecture. Some are in a seaside style with wonderful colours and interesting details. Others have a typical country house style, complete with half-timbered features typical of the region. The 4 person villas have a second bathroom as standard. The largest accommodations are the luxurious 14 person villas. These have 3 bathrooms; one with a steam shower, one with a sauna and one with a bubble bath. Every villa has its own parking space and there is a garden with a terrace and garden furniture.

The Bad Bentheim Holiday Park is near the charming spa town of Bad Bentheim. There are various architect-built luxury villas in this beautiful park. They are grouped in courtyards and surrounded by centuries-old trees. The history and natural wealth of the area are perfectly reflected in the holiday park. The park is partly enclosed by a castle wall and shares the atmosphere of the historic town of Bad Bentheim. The Earldom of Bad Bentheim is a sloping wooded area. You will enjoy total tranquillity here. You can enjoy delightful walks and cycle rides amidst beautiful scenery. The rich history of the fort and other places of interest in the area are worth discovering. If you are looking for more entertainment, cities such as Münster and Osnabrück are only a short distance from the park.
Splendid park in a beautiful area, not far from the small spa town of Bad Bentheim. This is a lovely place for relaxing and discovering the region.
The 12 and 14 person family villas, DE-48455-15 and DE-48455-16, have 5 or 6 bedrooms.
Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 22.
Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.
It’s not allowed for companies to make bookings for employees who will stay with other reason than recreation.
The exterior and interior of the houses may differ from the photos. This is because there are several versions of the houses.
Directly opposite the park you can go to the municipal indoor swimming pool with children's pool and the outdoor pool with various play possibilities. For park guests, access to the swimming pool is free.
We would like to point out that in the period between January 3, 2022 to February 18, 2022, March 7, 2022 to April 1, 2022, November 7, 2022 to December 23, 2022 and January 2, 2023 to January 9, 2023 during midweek, the Koos Kids Club is closed and there will be no recreation program.

Beautiful accommodation, beautiful park. Environment beautiful. Everything well organized .. Tip: shielding around the house. Children run away continuously. Fencing would help a lot.

On arrival we wanted the remaining amount to be paid on the spot met. The cash machine was not working and they asked us "afternoon return." Afternoon trying to pay back even now not functioning. Device They asked us to return. The next morning The next morning is not functioning. Device This was repeated 5 times. After 5 times it was explained to us that we were still responsible for payment. This despite the fact that we could not pay because the Roompot organization affairs not in order and the unit got underway. To our amazement, we "came back at night in our house and found a letter (which was incidentally printed upside down, how stupid can you be!) With a reminder that we now had to pay because they us different from the houses should remove. 5x So we are gone for nothing to the reception and therefore could not pay! We asked to speak to the manager and it will be available between 09:00 and 17:00 every day. Up to 3x far we have tried to speak to her, but to 3x far not present. wifi in the house would be present, but the place where we do not. Well sat outside, 40 meters to the house. It had, according to the receptionist not to wifi tego

Nice, clean and neat cottage for 10 people. Complete with underfloor heating. The bedrooms are functional. 2 bathrooms with shower and 1 bathroom with bath and 2 separate toilets. We are thrilled.

We really enjoyed staying at this park! The house met all expectations. (Pretty spacious, clean and plenty of storage) We also enjoyed the nice big, clean and accessible to all park and park facilities (mini golf, restaurant, shop and play area for children)

The reception was a little cool but it is a nice park. Very spacious. We had a 10 person cottage. It was spacious but needed to be painted once the walls were painted. It says on our booking that it is a new park but that can never be because they were all painting houses on the outside because the white walls were pretty dirty. You can enjoy walking around the park and there is a lot to play for the children. We have eaten in the restaurant on the buffet evening and that tasted very nice. The children's disco was fun too. I find 3.17 tourists tax pp very very expensive.

We are very kindly received. The accommodation was spacious and nicely decorated. There were some flaws in the room door with a hole in it, a leg had been broken off from a bed and the dial turned off from the tap in the pantry. The bathroom was clean, the lamps and grids can use a cleaning. We enjoyed the environment and visited the castle. Highly recommended.

The house is located on a beautiful park. The driveway towards the reception is also beautiful. The house is great. Looks nicely. We were 5 people so nice the space. We have visited some nice places, but really special offers the environment niet.op the park itself you can eat delicious ... it was a lovely midweek ..
