Description
Suitable for a nice holiday with family or friends, Villa Fedora offers:

Kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven

4 spacious bedrooms
3 bathrooms, of which:
1 with sauna and shower, 1 with whirlpool and 1 with shower.
2 separate toilets
Underfloor heating throughout the house.
The house has many comforts and conveniences.
For our smallest guests, there is a cot with chest of drawers in one of the bedrooms.
There is also a cot and a highchair.
The villa has a sheltered spacious sunny garden with a garden table for 10 people and also a lounge set and a large floating parasol.
There is also a barbecue.

Villa Fedora is a detached house on a very nice holiday park.
The centre of Bad Bentheim, with its beautiful Bentheim Castle, is a 10-minute walk away
The area is known for its excellent hiking and cycling opportunities, but there is more!
Just outside the park is a fantastic swimming pool with indoor and outdoor pools.
Next to the swimming pool is a tennis centre with indoor and outdoor courts, and golfers can enjoy themselves a short distance away.
An afternoon of shopping can be done in the Outlet Center in Ochtrup, or in Münster, which is definitely recommended!

Very nice house, good location and facilities, nice hosts, we (9 pers.) had a great weekend and our dogs also felt comfortable
