The ski areas of Braunlage and Wurmberg are perfect for both beginners and the experienced. During summer, visit the nature area Oberharz, the Brocken, and Goslar. There are opportunities for mountain bike and toboggan here. Restaurants are at 800 m and the supermarket is at 500 m. Harzdrenalin, your contrast program in the Harz is based in the beautiful nature of the Harz where you will find a good adrenaline rush. You will find adventure and fun experiences in a breathtaking setting.

Very successful holiday. Beautiful house and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool in the house. Furthermore plenty to do in the area. We have made trips to Goslar (my), Wippra (tree climbing and toboggan), Wenigerode (horse riding). Thale with cable geweest.Huis is clean and tidy. Living room / kitchen which is small, large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of which 1 is fine with washer / dryer, very convenient with small kinderen.Zeker worth it!

We were already in the area, and after contact with the owner we could come earlier, the accommodation was perfectly clean and complete. The property is in terms of bedrooms / bathrooms fine for 12 people but the living room / kitchen, we found a bit on the small side. (Travelling party 6 adults and 6 children). Personally, I think it is too small for 12 adult, but make the pool and sauna a lot. Water was clean (salt water) and good temperature. The setting is beautiful and there is lots to do visit dam, ride in the steam train, visit mines, walk over the rocks and if there is snow skiing or sledding. The villages and towns in the area are fun and lots to do.

A very wonderful house! We were 8 adults, 4 children and a dog as a guest - it all fit perfectly. The swimming pool was the highlight for the kids. The garden and the grill station were used by preference! The house is clean and equipped with everything necessary (only we have a hair dryer missing) .Very recommended.

The house is very nice, the bedrooms are small, but everything is included. Only every bed creaks with every movement and regardless of personal weight class :-). The mattresses are very hard. Still great living room with fireplace and access to the garden. The kitchen is very well equipped. We made good use of the pool and sauna and it was a highlight. Misery itself doesn't have much to offer, the smallest church is worth a visit, but otherwise misery is a good starting point for activities. We had a relaxing vacation and thank the great hosts.

We were received very friendly and were also allowed in a little earlier. The house was super clean and well maintained. The pool and sauna were used daily, the pool could have been a bit warmer for some, the sauna heats up very quickly. The Wi-Fi is great and fast. Since the house is described as luxurious, we had a few other ideas. For us would be luxurious, for example, thermostatic faucets in the showers, toilet seats with soft close and new mirror cabinets, etc. There are 4 double beds declared, these have not been for us, as there were single beds pushed together. A toilet in the spa would be great, but not possible for reasons of space. A second lounge would also be ideal with a second TV and seating for board games, this could perhaps be in the basement. The stairs should be secured for children with a grid. The mattresses of the beds could be a little higher and more comfortable, as you will not be able to please everyone. The duvets and pillows are down, this should be in the description of the house, as they are not suitable for allergy sufferers. The kitchen we found for this large house, for 12 people, relatively poorly stocked. The cutlery could be renewed, there were no sharp knives, the stove is not suitable for the size of the house, because the plates are very small and the pots too big. In the parking lot of the house can have a maximum of 3 cars, this should be mentioned in the note text, as the parking next door is subject to charges and there are no other possibilities. This is complain about a high level, but because the house was so well rated and some awards we had hoped for a little more.

The house is very well equipped. Our grandchildren used the beautiful garden and pool a lot and the rest of the 4 generations also used the sauna. We have booked the house several times and we are very pleased that something has been invested in a new kitchen and new beds in the basement. Unfortunately, the beds on the upper floor are very worn out and urgently need replacement. Nevertheless, we felt very comfortable again and will definitely be back.

There were plenty of rooms, and the living was so organized that there was room enough for everyone. so there were people at the dinner table playing games, while others lay sprawled on the couch for a movie. Liked that there were three showers, no one walked together in the way. the house was bright and clean. In the kitchen there was everything we needed and the pool and sauna were an added bonus. The house is situated in the beautiful Harz mountain range, where within half an hour more than enough to do and was experiencing. We are on the steam train from Elend to Wernigerode gone. very nice! All in all we are very positive about this property and we have had nice days!

We have booked the house for a family outing and have not regretted a single second. The house leaves no wish unfulfilled nice garden with barbecue and patio. Cosy bedrooms for adults and children, a nice large living room with fireplace. We all loved the sauna and swimming pool. A great holiday here is nothing in the way. It is missing the door and stairs to garden! The sauna was not to use it as defective, but the owner calculated lower electricity costs. We spent a long weekend with five couples in this wonderful house. Great bedroom, beautiful garden, wonderful living room with fireplace and an incredibly beautiful spa area, which was used daily by us. 1. sofa is very hard and worn and needs to be replaced.
2. The dining room chairs are very hard and have a backrest that is too straight and need to be replaced.

We have booked the house for a family outing and have not regretted a single second. The house leaves no wish unfulfilled nice garden with barbecue and patio. Cosy bedrooms for adults and children, a nice large living room with fireplace. We all loved the sauna and swimming pool. A great holiday here is nothing in the way. We were received very friendly and were also allowed in a little earlier. The house was super clean and well maintained. The pool and sauna were used daily, the pool could have been a bit warmer for some, the sauna heats up very quickly. The Wi-Fi is great and fast. Since the house is described as luxurious, we had a few other ideas. For us would be luxurious, for example, thermostatic faucets in the showers, toilet seats with soft close and new mirror cabinets, etc. There are 4 double beds declared, these have not been for us, as there were single beds pushed together. A toilet in the spa would be great, but not possible for reasons of space. A second lounge would also be ideal with a second TV and seating for board games, this could perhaps be in the basement. The stairs should be secured for children with a grid. The mattresses of the beds could be a little higher and more comfortable, as you will not be able to please everyone. The duvets and pillows are down, this should be in the description of the house, as they are not suitable for allergy sufferers. The kitchen we found for this large house, for 12 people, relatively poorly stocked. The cutlery could be renewed, there were no sharp knives, the stove is not suitable for the size of the house, because the plates are very small and the pots too big. In the parking lot of the house can have a maximum of 3 cars, this should be mentioned in the note text, as the parking next door is subject to charges and there are no other possibilities. This is complain about a high level, but because the house was so well rated and some awards we had hoped for a little more.

The swim was a success but the pool itself was dangerous the floor tiles were slippery and dangerous water gathered on a sloped surface. There were plenty of rooms, and the living was so organized that there was room enough for everyone. so there were people at the dinner table playing games, while others lay sprawled on the couch for a movie. Liked that there were three showers, no one walked together in the way. the house was bright and clean. In the kitchen there was everything we needed and the pool and sauna were an added bonus. The house is situated in the beautiful Harz mountain range, where within half an hour more than enough to do and was experiencing. We are on the steam train from Elend to Wernigerode gone. very nice! All in all we are very positive about this property and we have had nice days!

The holiday exceeded our expectations. It's a big house, highlighted by the pool at the house, which is really ideal for children. All equipment in the house (such as refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, oven) is fairly new and everything is neat and clean. The place Elend is a small town and nothing to do. There are beautiful hiking trails and close to the holiday is the famous steam train several times a day along. About 5 km away is the village Braunlage and there you have restaurants and supermarkets etc. Overall it is a must but do not expect to end up in a bustling town.

The house is very nice, the bedrooms are small, but everything is included. Only every bed creaks with every movement and regardless of personal weight class :-). The mattresses are very hard. Still great living room with fireplace and access to the garden. The kitchen is very well equipped. We made good use of the pool and sauna and it was a highlight. Misery itself doesn't have much to offer, the smallest church is worth a visit, but otherwise misery is a good starting point for activities. We had a relaxing vacation and thank the great hosts.

The description of the property by belvilla does not correspond to the facts and the photos are not up to date. The only luxury is the pool, which we couldn't use for the first two days because it had to be refilled. The rest of the equipment is just standard. The fence and the entire property are not released for dogs to run free. The fence had holes and was only provisionally patched. There was rubbish and even broken glass all over the garden. Absolutely neglected, and not suitable for feeling good and relaxing. A laundry package was rented from the landlord for €10, which just includes a bath towel and a hand towel, which is clearly not enough for body care, the pool and sauna. In front of the house, everything was also very unkempt and unclean. So, all in all, pretty disappointing.

A very wonderful house! We were 8 adults, 4 children and a dog as a guest - it all fit perfectly. The swimming pool was the highlight for the kids. We were already in the area, and after contact with the owner we could come earlier, the accommodation was perfectly clean and complete. The property is in terms of bedrooms / bathrooms fine for 12 people but the living room / kitchen, we found a bit on the small side. (Travelling party 6 adults and 6 children). Personally, I think it is too small for 12 adult, but make the pool and sauna a lot. Water was clean (salt water) and good temperature. The setting is beautiful and there is lots to do visit dam, ride in the steam train, visit mines, walk over the rocks and if there is snow skiing or sledding. The villages and towns in the area are fun and lots to do.
