On the hill of the "Steinkopf" (417 m above sea level) you will find the holiday park Ronshausen in the village Ronshausen/Machtlos. Ronshausen is a small village with 2500 inhabitants and is located between the rivers Fulda and Werra. These two rivers then form the famous Weser river.
Magnificent leafy and pine forests such as in the Seulingswald and the large mixed forests of the Richelsdorfer mountains make an oasis of quiet and relaxation from this region. The region Waldhessen is an entertainment and walking paradise for young and old, with many activities for all age groups.
The holiday park and its immediate surroundings offer safe walking paths, adventurous playgrounds and varied sport- and entertainment facilities. The holiday park is car-free, which means that children can play safely here.

Park is located in a beautiful area. Very quiet. Not suitable for (older) children. There is little to do for them. Features in vicinity are not there. Park needs some modernization.

Holidays in the period from 5 / m / August 19, 2006. Nice central and quiet park. A variety of activities can be undertaken from there. Walking and cycling tours in abundance. In addition to visiting cities like Bad Hersfeld Rotenburg, Kassel and Fulda. A variety of Information obtained at the park reception is therefore an excellent help to figure out to everyone interesse.De houses are what concerns some dated decor and furnishings, but equipped with all necessary things. The holiday park is a great choice for families looking for some quality time together, The bungalow was spacious enough for our group, and the kids loved playing in the garden, The location is fantastic, with plenty of hiking trails nearby, We appreciated the friendly reception staff who were always ready to help with any questions, While the decor was a bit dated, the comfort level was high, and we didn't want to leave, A solid option for a nature getaway!

This bungalow is a complete atmosphere! Nestled in the woods, perfect for relaxing and getting that nature aesthetic. The garden is ideal for hanging out, and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Plus, very close to Wartburg Castle for epic photos!

We had a wonderful stay in a wooden bungalow hidden in the peaceful forests. The tranquility and silence were exactly what we needed to relax. The fully equipped kitchen made meal preparation easy, and we enjoyed eating on the terrace, admiring the beautiful views of the garden. Not too far away were attractions like Wartburg Castle, which added charm to our adventures. Overall, a charming and cozy oasis that made our vacation unforgettable!
