This place is great for anyone traveling with family or pets. There was plenty of space in the duplex house, practical kitchen facilities, and direct access to nearby forest paths just steps away. The layout was perfect for resting and playing outdoors.

What a lovely place! The garden furniture on the terrace was perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning. The area is quiet, ideal for relaxation, and we enjoyed the easy access to local hiking trails.

We spent a lovely weekend here and appreciated the peaceful surroundings. The accommodation had everything we needed, and the loggia provided a nice space to relax in the evenings. We even had the chance to explore the LWL Open Air Museum Detmold, which was just a short drive away. It was a pleasant and practical experience, with no major complaints.

Nice, warm welcome. The park is beautiful, spacious in the green and within walking distance of a supermarket. Walks start from the park. The cottage was fine (we had 9a). I did find the terrace close to neighbors.

Quiet park, good for young children, nice playground and non-heated pool, cold but nice. Cottages are modernized, but okay. Very Friendly staff. The said friday barbecue has escaped us, which no longer exists.

What a beautiful setting! Deep in the heart of the Teutoburg Forest, this site. In a beautiful setting between the mountains. Nature is beautiful, here there is to do for the kids. Sufficient Friendly reception at the park and everything goes. I missed the highchairs and stair gate but that was fixed within a few minutes. Only downside if you want to watch something eg amusement park, boat, castle, lookout over the mountains so it is always LONG drive. Not far long but sometimes you do about 15 kilometers or 45 minutes. This by all pathetic roads and mountain valleys ... as good is the environment really beautiful! We rented a five-person semi-detached bungalow. This was spacious and clean. The insulation must be very nice, because we have heard nothing within the neighbors and remained fairly cool. The kids loved being able to go swimming every day and play with other children. The pool was not as large, 1.30 deep, ideal for children who have just their swimming certificate. The playground was rather small. The barbecue on Friday with drink and sausage for 1 euro was cozy. The restaurant at the park was dirt cheap. In the village are a bakery and an antique but very complete supermarket (in itself a landmark). Also within walking distance is a water playground and a large playground, where we spent much time. The path of the Senses was very nice, even for children. R nThe park is free WIFI, but unfortunately the signal did not come into our bungalow (front bungalows did have signal). In the inventory we only missed a cheese grater. We could find little information on outings with children, there really is mainly natural surroundings. If outing we went one day to Bad Pyrmont where they have a kind of zoo and a great quiet center. All in all, this park is a must for walkers and families with elementary school children.

The weekly very cozy and welcoming bbq. And not to forget the beautiful surroundings. At the park you in the bistro food at a very low price. We look back with pleasure on our vacation.
