Die Ferienwohnung an sich ist sehr schön, mit Terrasse/Balkon mit Blick auf die Ostsee. Was sehr enttäuschend war, der Duschvorhang hat geschimmelt, der Staubsauer & die Waschmaschine haben nicht funktioniert, sowie der Geschirrspüler ist fast auseinander gefallen. Wenn es etwas kälter ist, ist die Nutzung des Palletofen unumgänglich, da die Fußbodenheizung alleine es nicht schafft die Räume richtig zu wärmen.

We received instead of the confirmed apartment on the ground floor the apartment on the upper floor. Below us on the ground floor, the apartment was being renovated, tiles were being cut, drilled, hammered, and despite the low temperatures, the front door and bedroom door were wide open. We had to turn up the underfloor heating in our apartment to make it warm. Fortunately, we were often only there in the evenings because we were out a lot. Our apartment on the upper floor was fine, reading the water meter in the back left next to the washing machine just above the floor was a balancing act. At 65, one is no longer so flexible that one can quickly take a photo of the water meter kneeling with just one hand. Nevertheless, we spent a few nice days by the sea.

All in all, a good accommodation. Sure, some things are a bit worn, but that's usually the case. Not so great - having to buy toilet paper ourselves and we didn't think about dish towels. In the bedrooms, there were blood-stained spots on the walls and the wardrobe. I think those were mosquito remnants. It was a shame that the cleaning staff didn't notice these! The staff was very friendly and helpful! I would come back again!

Upon arrival, we unfortunately found a wet floor. We first had to put all the dishes in the dishwasher as they were dirty. We also found used tissues in the bed that we disposed of. After we had cleaned everything up, it was a nice vacation.

Unfortunately, the house/apartment 42 was no longer in optimal condition. There were stains on the walls from mosquitoes, etc., the furniture was already very worn, and the cleanliness was unfortunately not the best. For the money one pays there for a week, one expects significantly more.

Nicely furnished little house a short distance from the sea. Except for the mattresses/pillows and the kitchen chairs, everything was quite clean. Very nice balcony with a wide view and a bright living room.

The location is incredible, just a short walk from Sierksdorf beach. The place was clean and had a good atmosphere. The only downside was that the WiFi wasn't great, but we didn't mind too much.
