Our stay at the cottage was absolutely fantastic! We were warmly welcomed by the hostess and were pleasantly surprised that everything was clean and tidy in the cottage. It was wonderfully spacious and complete, with a neat terrace where we could enjoy the outdoors. It was great that the children had also been thought of, there was even Netflix available on the TV in the living room. You can park the car on the terrace and the gate can be locked, so your car is safe. We have made beautiful walks in the vicinity and there was plenty to do for the children within half an hour's drive. A perfect holiday destination for the whole family!

The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which made meal preparation easy. It is just a short walk to the local dining options, which was convenient. Overall, a comfortable stay without major issues. Would come back!

The stay in Opperode was an all-round success. A very beautiful environment with numerous possibilities for excursions. The apartment and its landlord leave nothing to be desired. The cleanliness in particular is excellent.

We were received very hospitable on arrival. The owner has given a tour of the house and explained a few things. Everything looked very clean, and the house is nicely decorated. Great beds, only the pillows are very flat. Beautiful area, there is much to do in the area. The Harz area is very nice for both driving and walking. We had a wonderful week with super good weather!

We arrived earlier, instead of 4 o'clock we arrived at 2 o'clock. No problem. Everything was already in readiness. The previous tenants had left earlier. The accommodation is superb. You can not think of it as crazy or it was present. For children, the pirate bedroom is fantastic, I think, I would make it a general bedroom, if you know that there are young children, pirate attributes can always be added. The environment was good, 5 minutes and you are in the woods. The town of Ballenstedt, also there you are within 5 minutes. The FeWo is located in Oppenrode. There are many villages in the area that are worthwhile.
