The accommodation was as described, we were greeted very friendly. We only had a few meters to the forest.

In retrospect, we realize that we have paid the final cleaning twice. We got a note submitted for, tax, heating, final cleaning and garage. Had I leave the slip to sign with the receipt of the money. Then I would have a receipt. Since a handshake is sufficient for a contract, it is rightful. For the recovery I do not open a barrel.

The description of the cottage on the site does not, in our opinion, reflect the situation as it is in reality. First, there is talk about a kitchenette. The reality is that there is a refrigerator and stove in the hall directly behind the front door and there is a sink with sink (without tap !!!!!) in the living room. So you have to tap water in a jug in the bathroom. Furthermore, there are many cupboards in the house that you do not need that makes it already not too spacious house even smaller. In addition, it must be reported that the owner asks € 3 per night for a (narrow) parking space on the property. The owner also presented us with a bill for the cleaning that we had already paid when booking with Belvilla. The cottage made a poor impression on us and is due for a thorough renovation. It is not about luxury but a tap at the sink is the least you can expect.

The accommodation is small and very comfortable and lovingly furnished. The owner, who lives in the main house in front of the small detached cottage, receives the guests personally and warmly. She takes care of the needs of the guests. The small house is clean and equipped with everything necessary. In front of a lawn with garden chairs and table invites you to linger ein.Nahe located is the beautiful restaurant Zum alten Bahnhof, where you can really great food and drink for really small money - also regional specialties. From this station you can take the regional train to the Harz explore. Güntersberge is a bit away from the big or famous places. These have lost because of the mass tourism any flair. You need for some trips the car. But are well-known hiking routes hopelessly overcrowded, you will find in the woods around Güntersberge an incomparable Ruhe.Wir have been there as a couple with two dogs - and would do it again and again -)

The key was stuck and we could go right in. Everything was clean and tidy. Unfortunately there is no bakery or other shop in this place. To eat, you have to bring everything. And for dinner there are unfortunately only 2 smaller restaurants, 1 of them is idyllic on a lake, but more a snack and kitchen only until 20 o'clock open. Otherwise, a very nice corner to hike.

Arrival well. Key was in the door. Lessor not, all previously discussed by phone on site. Lessor encountered in the evening, very nice and cordial. Environment for running, walking very well. In summer you can in a mountain lake (about a 15 minute walk from the house) swimming, fishing or boating. Very quiet place, located near the forest. For guests with dogs ideal.Ferienhaus preheated. Fresh linen and towels provided. Bedrooms upstairs, very steep stairs !!! Not recommended for elderly or handicapped people. Double bed, a single bed and a cot. Mattresses very thin. Living room, a sofa, a table, two chairs, a wardrobe, a dresser. A sink, without water. Had to get out of the bath. Coffee maker, kettle available. Small color TV, DVD player. Refrigerator and cooker outside the entrance, where the wardrobe is. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Carport for shelter for the car on the property. We enjoyed it totally enough for three nights, we would not hesitate to rent it again. Small, fine and clean !! Family T. from Brilon in the Sauerland

We were welcomed warmly and friendly. The cottage is small and cuddly. Unfortunately missing in the seating in the lounge a little the comfort. But this compensates for the large garden with the available seating again. Even our big dog was allowed to walk free in the garden. The hiking trails start right at the house. We were traveling a lot, or enjoyed the nice weather in the garden. We had a very nice holiday.

Owner is nice, not intrusive. Cottage is located in the back of the garden, guests have their own covered parking space at the front of the house. Layout is severely outdated, furniture is a bit collected and makes the space very small. Many cupboards and a shaky dining table. However, it is clean and tidy. Because of the greenery around the house a lot of privacy to sit in the garden. The restaurant at the level crossing is really perfect and definitely worth a visit, fine dining, friendly owner and price is low. Recommended !. In addition, it must be very nice to go with the steam locomotive. A little further is pond where you can swim and sunbathe but is quite outdated. There is also the possibility to eat and drink something at an excellent price. We had a great holiday anyway.
