A spacious living room with kitchen and a large (lockable) conservatory or garden room. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are more than ample storage in all closets. The property appears to lie on the edge of Ballenstedt quiet road only twenty meters from the house sometimes causes noise, especially bikers. The garden is ideal and well into the afternoon sun, then you can move to the front. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, fourteen days, good weather, and there are also often been out on.
