This ground floor 2 person + 2 extra bed apartment has a double bedroom, living room with open kitchen, dining area and shower room. 2 single folding beds can be placed in the bedroom. Furthermore, there is a covered, furnished terrace with barbecue. Ponies in the garden and a large public playground next to the grounds make the family holiday on the property perfect. For the region is exceptional the architectural style. During the restoration of the old house, the landlord, the well-known for the Baltic Sea resort architecture included. The bright apartments were elaborately designed by the landlord and offer a lot of space. Location of accommodation: Town Kröpelin (2 km): shops, bakers, butchers, hairdresser, pharmacy, doctor.Ostseestrände: Baltic Sea resort Rerik (10 miles) or Ostseebad Kühlungsborn (10 miles) with beautiful beach promenade, many cafes and restaurants, the Concert gardens east and west and a marina.Note: noisy celebration is not allowed in this accommodation.From the winter of 2019, a large hall is available for rent.
