The chalet was beautiful, with a lovely garden and enough space for the children to play. We appreciated the nearby dining options, especially the cozy café just a short walk away. The only downside was the lack of Wi-Fi, but we enjoyed being offline for a while.

09/06/26 Fam Bustraan from Papendrecht Ned.Eenvoudige bungalow in a beautiful environment with many possible heden.Toen we were there, the park was occupied for third which it was quiet (the bungalows are very close together) If you not to give luxury, but for the environment is, is "Résidence Edelweiss" a nice stay.

A beautiful valley, where you can enjoy wandelen.Het cottage is a little small for 6 people, but otherwise okay. Small children have a dangerous play on a fast-flowing deep stream (not enclosed)

Nice houses, but small and sparse decor especially the kitchen, little pots and no coffee maker which you can rent for 1 franc per dag.schitterende surroundings, friendly owners and also the slope "s all helpful and nice people like to wait with the lift for those who do not go skiing but want to top etc.schitterende environment and in the village you can enjoy dinner at enzian.alles together very nice, especially in terms prijskwaliteit.wij with 4 people been in the week of 26 January 2008.marlies

We had a wonderful stay at the Modern Chalet in Saas-Balen! The views of the mountains were absolutely breathtaking, and the garden was a perfect place for our children to play. The kids loved the nearby playground, and we appreciated the convenience of the fully equipped kitchen. Recommended for families!

The tranquility, the location (15 minutes from Saas Fee and 40 minutes from Tasch / Zermatt), the welcome, the cleanliness, the SaasPass to enjoy all the cable cars in the Saas valley in summer.

A chalet so charming! The interior was warm and welcoming, and we had enough space for our two families. The outdoor playground entertained the children while we relaxed. The nearby hiking trails offered breathtaking views - a true highlight of our trip!

We had a great time at the Modern Chalet in Saas-Balen. It was a bit of a walk to the lifts, but the scenery was worth it. The hot tub was a real treat, and the kids loved the playground. Overall, a good choice for a family vacation.

A cozy place with all the necessities! The living room was perfect for relaxing after a day outside, and the private bathroom made it easy. A bit far from the main attractions, but still a nice escape in the mountains. All in all, a pleasant experience.

Had a great holiday. Cottage was tidy, comfortable beds and other furnishings in line with expectations considering the price. Our host and Lady were very friendly and helpful and very approachable. One of the major drawbacks in Switzerland is that you have to pay extra for everything. Electricity, waste, toeristenbeslasting citizen pass etc. etc. That divides waste is more than logical. That you then himself somewhere in the village has to drop off then what minder.Een unpleasant surprise was the final bill more than CHF600. Nearly 30% extra on the initial amount. Over half of them went to the so-called Citizen Pass. No idea what the purpose of it is, but it's a decent cost that for quite a bit worse zorde. The only thing you can with it in the winter, traveling by bus in the Saas-tal. Duration busabbo dus.Dus although we as family had a wonderful holiday, we will not go more quickly back to Saas-Balen. The value is therefore a bit too much off the lead.

As for the cottage ... the bare essentials was present, the decor is outdated, and there might well what should be done to the equipment of the house (wbt inventory) .If you want space and luxury you better something different books, camp bed barely fits in the bedroom at.
