Located in the Valais, this chalet in Grächen, near Zermatt, offers bright, spacious, cosy accommodation with personal furnishings
There are 5 sleeping options in total, 1 bedroom with double box-spring bed of 1.6m, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 0.90m each with built-in wardrobes and terrace in front of both rooms, and on the open gallery, accessible via a staircase from the living area, there is another box-spring bed of 1.5m, 1 built-in wardrobe, 1 sofa and armchair and 1 large flat screen TV. In addition, a guest bed is available on request. The gallery is very popular with children and teenagers for playing and spending time. The gallery only has a partial headroom of 2m
The upper spacious 1st floor is equipped with a 2-seater couch, a 3-seater couch, 1 couch table, 1 further table with 4 chairs as a writing place, satellite TV with a large flat screen, WIFI, a TV with a TV
WIFI, fireplace, open fully equipped fitted kitchen in front of it a dining place for 6 persons, 1 cupboard with dishes and a staircase (staircase) to the gallery. In front of the dining and living area is a large south/south-west facing balcony with table/chairs and loungers. A bathroom with a corner bathtub and jets, washbasin and toilet adjoin the living room from the hallway
The lower entrance floor/ground floor has a terrace in front of the ground floor bedrooms which is accessible from both rooms, master bedroom, second bedroom. From the hallway there is a shower room with steam sauna, vanity, toilet and window.
A forecourt is in front of the house and can be used as a parking place. In winter. only limited due to snowfall.
In the whole chalet is WiFi Internet Astra satellite. A landline telephone is available with counter.

Location and surroundings of object
Grächen is a car-free village, but a narrow private road leads to the chalet. The village offers skiing possibilities in winter with downhill runs to the chalet and hiking tours in summer to glaciers and ski huts.
The chalet is situated in an attractive location with all-round views of the glacier and mountains. The valley station and the centre are only 180 metres away.

Great holidays in Grächen
We enjoyed our holiday in Grächen very much. The owner of the rental property is very friendly and accommodating
The chalet is very well located and you can ski or snowboard directly on the slope to the gondola station.
The chalet is cosy and has everything needed for a nice stay.

Perfect holiday location
It’s a perfect location for a holiday in winter and summer. We stayed there for a skiholiday. You can walk to piste or cabine. The house is very spaceous and has nice luxurous facilities. Outside the house there is a nice garden and balcony in the sun. We had a great time and the owner is a very nice lady who is very helpfull and gives a perfect service.

Great chalet in a great location
We have been spending our winter holidays at Chalet Vision in Grächen for several years. We have always been satisfied with the service and the accommodation. The location is excellent. We are already looking forward to our next holiday in Grächen.

Vacances de ski
Chalet spacieux, avec une vue magnifique, idéalement situé à quelques minutes à pied des bennes et du centre du village, ainsi qu'à quelques mètres seulement de la piste de ski. L'accès au chalet en voiture est un peu délicat compte tenu de l'étroitesse du chemin.
La literie est confortable et la cuisine bien aménagée.
Nous recommandons cette location et aurions du plaisir à y retourner.

The very beautifully situated chalet near the cable car and the village centre has been in my possession for many years and is not only offered for rent but also used as a family holiday chalet and accordingly cosy and very well equipped beyond the ordinary. It has a newly fitted kitchen and a new shower room as well as a second bathroom with corner bath and a fireplace as well as a large TV and WiFi. In winter, guests can ski down to the chalet. Nearby at the junction is a great ski bar that is happy to have a drink. In summer, there are many tours and excursions in the nearby surroundings. A trip to the Matterhorn or with the Gornergratbahn to the Gornergrat summit are also very popular. The hiking trail from Grächen to Saas-Fe is also an experience. Not to forget the comfortable and well-prepared trails from Hannigalp.
