The chalet located in Grächen, Valais, near Zermatt, offers bright, spacious, cozy accommodations with a personal touch. Overall, there are 5 sleeping options, 1 bedroom with a double box-spring bed of 1.6m, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 0.90m each with built-in wardrobes and a terrace in front of both rooms, and on the open gallery, accessible via a staircase from the living area, there is another box-spring bed of 1.5m, 1 built-in wardrobe, 1 sofa and armchair as well as 1 large flat-screen TV. Additionally, a guest bed is available upon request. The gallery is very popular with children and teenagers for playing and lingering. The gallery only has a standing height of 2m in some parts.
The spacious upper 1st floor is equipped with a 2-seater couch, a 3-seater couch, 1 coffee table, 1 additional table with 4 chairs as a writing place, satellite TV with a large flat screen, WIFI, fireplace, an open fully equipped built-in kitchen with a dining area for 6 people, 1 dish cabinet, and a staircase (stairway) to the gallery. In front of the dining and living area is a large south/southwest balcony with table/chairs and loungers. A bathroom with a corner bathtub and jets, washstand, and toilet adjoins the living room from the hallway.
In front of the bedrooms on the ground floor is a terrace, which can be accessed from both rooms, the master bedroom and the second bedroom. From the hallway, there is a shower room with steam sauna, washstand, toilet, and window. A forecourt is located in front of the house and can be used as a parking space. In winter. limited due to snowfall.
The entire chalet has WiFi internet and satellite television. A landline telephone is available.

Grächen is a car-free village, but a narrow private road leads to the chalet. The village offers skiing possibilities in winter with downhill runs to the chalet and hiking tours in summer to glaciers and ski huts.
The chalet is situated in an attractive location with all-round views of the glacier and mountains. The valley station and the centre are only 180 metres away.

Great holidays in Grächen
We enjoyed our holiday in Grächen very much. The owner of the rental property is very friendly and accommodating
The chalet is very well located and you can ski or snowboard directly on the slope to the gondola station.
The chalet is cosy and has everything needed for a nice stay.

Perfect holiday location
It’s a perfect location for a holiday in winter and summer. We stayed there for a skiholiday. You can walk to piste or cabine. The house is very spaceous and has nice luxurous facilities. Outside the house there is a nice garden and balcony in the sun. We had a great time and the owner is a very nice lady who is very helpfull and gives a perfect service.

Great chalet in a great location
We have been spending our winter holidays at Chalet Vision in Grächen for several years. We have always been satisfied with the service and the accommodation. The location is excellent. We are already looking forward to our next holiday in Grächen.

Vacances de ski
Spacious chalet with a magnificent view, ideally located just a few minutes' walk from the lifts and the village center, as well as only a few meters from the ski slope. Access to the chalet by car is a bit tricky due to the narrowness of the road.
The bedding is comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped.
We recommend this rental and would be happy to return.

The very beautifully situated chalet near the cable car and the village centre has been in my possession for many years and is not only offered for rent but also used as a family holiday chalet and accordingly cosy and very well equipped beyond the ordinary. It has a newly fitted kitchen and a new shower room as well as a second bathroom with corner bath and a fireplace as well as a large TV and WiFi. In winter, guests can ski down to the chalet. Nearby at the junction is a great ski bar that is happy to have a drink. In summer, there are many tours and excursions in the nearby surroundings. A trip to the Matterhorn or with the Gornergratbahn to the Gornergrat summit are also very popular. The hiking trail from Grächen to Saas-Fe is also an experience. Not to forget the comfortable and well-prepared trails from Hannigalp.
