We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful villa in Koksijde. The location is perfect - just a short walk to the beach, and we loved exploring the nearby towns with our bikes. We enjoyed our stay, but we wished the Wi-Fi was a bit stronger. Nevertheless, the recreation room was a hit with the kids, and we had a lot of fun creating memories there. The nearby beaches were beautiful and not crowded at all!

The house itself is beautiful: a charming and large character villa, full of history. No complaints about the furniture, the number of sleeping places, bathrooms, household utensils. Very good location.Echter as negatives: the cleanliness of the house left behind, no garden, BBQ but discovered too late that the gas bottle was empty, there was not a single roll of toilet paper in the house when we arrived, what to what makeshift led on arrival. Hot water a problem if many people shower at the same time (water pressure). We found remnants of dirty underwear and socks in night drawers and behind the heating... This could be better for the price we paid for a week!

We were welcomed with two bottles of red wine which was very thoughtful. At first glance, the house seemed very cozy and clean. There was dried blood on the floor in one of the bedrooms. We thought that was dirty. The showers did not reach the desired temperature the first evening and there was not enough hot water enough to provide most tenants with a warm shower during the weekend. On Saturday afternoon it started to rain hard and we had to enter the bay window we have to place several buckets to collect the rain. We also reported this to the owner because we were afraid of a short circuit. They were not aware, even though there was already mold on the ceiling. The kitchen was well equipped and you had no shortage of anything. The mattresses on the beds were quite new. Some bathrooms were outdated, but there were also very new ones. In my opinion, you are paying way too much for what you get instead.

We were with nine adults and four children a weekend in Koksijde. The house is attractive and full of rooms to discover. Everyone has had a lot of fun with it. The information in advance of the owners was clear although it would be nice that it would be mentioned to care for dishwashing tablets and toilet paper. We did not foresee this -) Everything is present but sometimes it was a bit of fit and measure. With the coast tram and minute walk you do not need the car all weekend. There is plenty to do for young and old. We went bowling and grilling at the Bowlinn (recommended), went to Plopsa and made a lovely beach walk. Upon arrival vd house was the dwelling miss 13graden. It was freezing !! For us, basically not much but for our daughter of 1 year. Perhaps the heating build a little and record the meter readings there to take a picture, or just attend future zoi resolve this issue. Gas and electricity are still charged after (on top of the € 1,400 / week!) We arrived before check in and were warmly welcomed. The house is very nice and the beach is about 10 minutes. Shops nearby or 10 minutes by car to Carefour or 15 minutes to Aldi / Lidl. Now the house 4 bedrooms incl. Bath are very nice, but the restl. 4 bedrooms share a bathroom. If these are occupied by 8 or 10 people, it will be tight. A bedroom under the roof as a full bedroom (can not be seen on any photo) is borderline. For 2 adults it is definitely too small - for 2 children it is ok. Speaking of bedrooms in most rooms, there are only large down comforters and no single ones. Cooking in the kitchen for so many people is a bit short, as the kitchen is relatively small and also the one or the other is missing (large sieve / large pot / blender). We could not use the large coffee machine, since our ground coffee was probably too finely ground and the small machine lasted forever. It was enough for us 10 adults just for everyone for a cup and for a 2nd you needed patience. But there is still a senseo for the quick cup of coffee. Otherwise, the house is furnished with great attention to detail.

On Saturday afternoon it started to rain hard and we had to enter the bay window we have to place several buckets to collect the rain. We also reported this to the owner because we were afraid of a short circuit. They were not aware, even though there was already mold on the ceiling. The kitchen was well equipped and you had no shortage of anything. The mattresses on the beds were quite new. Some bathrooms were outdated, but there were also very new ones. In my opinion, you are paying way too much for what you get instead.

The arrival was perfectly arranged in consultation we were even three hours earlier in the House. it is a very nice villa and Koksijde is a nice seaside resort. The property is well equipped and spacious enough for 16 people. where they do take into account that there in the driveway of the house just three car "s match, and the other car 's have to park in the street on weekends and holidays and high season 5 € per day to be paid (dirt cheap compared to Netherlands) .I want Dominiek Bart and thank you again for the great service !!

Beautiful listed building, which is the atmosphere of the time also exuded. The house had an amazing layout and all the amenities of a large group were present. An ideal place for a family outing fun doing things together and enough privacy. There were plenty of play opportunities for children. Great place so close to the sea and plenty of opportunities for other activities. Here we really enjoyed. Also, the beds and the house were hygienically clean.

Upon arrival vd house was the dwelling miss 13graden. It was freezing !! For us, basically not much but for our daughter of 1 year. Perhaps the heating build a little and record the meter readings there to take a picture, or just attend future zoi resolve this issue. Gas and electricity are still charged after (on top of the € 1,400 / week!) And then you have lighted fools alike because they do not find it around the house a little verwarmen.Verder we were there with two older children who already a cap on slapen.Verder had I found the pictures of little deceptive because the property on photo veeeeel appears larger than in real life. Especially the kitchen is teleurstellend.Hygiene was okay except that it taps water was yellowish. The cabinets id kitchen I found a bit messy and not always clean. But everything was there aanwezig.De rooms were spacious and nicely decorated and all the amenities were there aanwezig.Wij were disappointed and will not come back here.

Despite the fact that the house in some respects disappointing, we had a nice holiday together. It is a perfect base for beach activities, hiking, museum visits etc. Also it was nice to be able to do with good shops. Groceries nearby The tram is very nice for a day Ostend example. The house has been tastefully renovated and decorated in itself and radiates charm but is to a major overhaul. This should of course be alright in the end you pay for. We were with nine adults and four children a weekend in Koksijde. The house is attractive and full of rooms to discover. Everyone has had a lot of fun with it. The information in advance of the owners was clear although it would be nice that it would be mentioned to care for dishwashing tablets and toilet paper. We did not foresee this -) Everything is present but sometimes it was a bit of fit and measure. With the coast tram and minute walk you do not need the car all weekend. There is plenty to do for young and old. We went bowling and grilling at the Bowlinn (recommended), went to Plopsa and made a lovely beach walk. Well a cozy house. Had great weather and have done a lot. What really struck us was the horrible mess around the house and not looked after superbly. Hes obviously has been a bed and breakfast and borde is still there. Very sloppy.

The villa was very beautiful in terms of the decor, the pictures on the site give a realistic impression. There are many bedrooms, so if you come together with a big company, sleep no problem. The villa is cozy and has a real Good location! We had a nice holiday despite the lesser weather. Some downsides are a bit of parking space (but this can be solved, unloading for the house can), the beds are not that long (if you are 1.96 m A bed of 2m not so nice) and finally the cleaning could be a bit better.

We arrived before check in and were warmly welcomed. The house is very nice and the beach is about 10 minutes. Shops nearby or 10 minutes by car to Carefour or 15 minutes to Aldi / Lidl. Now the house 4 bedrooms incl. Bath are very nice, but the restl. 4 bedrooms share a bathroom. If these are occupied by 8 or 10 people, it will be tight. A bedroom under the roof as a full bedroom (can not be seen on any photo) is borderline. For 2 adults it is definitely too small - for 2 children it is ok. Speaking of bedrooms in most rooms, there are only large down comforters and no single ones. Cooking in the kitchen for so many people is a bit short, as the kitchen is relatively small and also the one or the other is missing (large sieve / large pot / blender). We could not use the large coffee machine, since our ground coffee was probably too finely ground and the small machine lasted forever. It was enough for us 10 adults just for everyone for a cup and for a 2nd you needed patience. But there is still a senseo for the quick cup of coffee. Otherwise, the house is furnished with great attention to detail.

The holiday villa is old but well facilitated. Everything is amply present and the mattresses are very good. A problem with a bedroom door was quickly and adequately resolved.
