Villa was charming and cozy, really felt like home, I appreciated how clean everything was, and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed, The outdoor space was great for summer nights, and the pool was a lifesaver on rainy days, Would stay again in a heartbeat!

We had a blast at Villa Anemoon! The indoor pool was such a hit with the kids, and the place was super clean, We loved being just a short walk from the beach and town center, It was nice to have everything so close, Can't wait to come back!

This villa is a gem! We found it to be very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for our group of 10, The garden was a great bonus for the kids, as they spent hours playing on the swing set, The location is ideal, just a stroll to the beach and local shops, The only downside was the deposit requirement, but it was well worth it for such a lovely home

Super nice house but a few small points, hygiene could be better in the bathrooms, even better to clean on the day of arrival. Very little cooking space for large groups. Lovely garden and nice swimming pool! Within walking distance of the beach and boulevard. De Panne has a nicer boulevard with more beach bars and shops.

We have just rented this house in August, given the heat in Belgium, for example, we regret not having a single parasol in the garden, so there is no way to shade the children. dates from the Middle Ages given the rental budget we will think about the future and I am only talking to you about details, however very nice welcome here is for us

It was a great accommodation, although a new TV set should be added; the white dot that appears on the screen is really annoying. Everything is available for a top stay, the pool is really an added value.

A beautiful place for a group holiday, The layout of the villa met our needs well, and we appreciated the seven bathrooms! The indoor pool was a lovely addition, especially on cooler days, Koksijde is charming, with easy access to nearby attractions like Plopsaland, Overall a very pleasant stay, and we felt well taken care of during our time here.

This vacation home exceeded our expectations. We loved how close it was to the beach, allowing us to enjoy the sun and sand every day. The garden was a great place to relax, and the slide and swing were perfect for our little ones. The hosts were friendly and responsive to our needs, which made our stay even better.

It was a beautiful house with all amenities. Too bad the toilets and bathrooms couldn't be locked. Nice space for the children to play. The pool could be well secured, felt very safe.

Nice house in a very good location, within walking distance of the beach. The pool was a blessing with the kids, and in nice weather, the garden is also well maintained. However, we would not rent it again. Problems with a leaking dishwasher, not a single toilet door that can be locked, missing grout in the bathrooms, and we encountered cockroaches in both the bedrooms and the kitchen during the week. These are things you wouldn't expect in such a property.

What is missing are chairs in the rooms to put clothes on and certainly a chair or stool in the bathrooms.
The costs for cleaning and sheets/towels are very high: €500!

We had a fantastic weekend with our children and grandchildren in this wonderfully beautiful house within walking distance of the beach and the shops. A warm welcome with champagne in this beautiful house with swimming pool. Everywhere has been thought of with the decor and everything was very clean. Highly recommended to rent this house with a group or family.

This an absolutely fabulous property! Possibly one of the best available rentals in the Kosijde area. Clean, modern, well-equipped... the list goes on. Decent beds, quality bedding, plenty towels... Excellent seating areas both inside and outdoors. All types of lounging space for both adults and kids. Fantastic games including; table-football, table-tennis, slide & swing set, and a very decent size indoor swimming pool. There is a bike stand area in a locked front garden and off-road parking for 4/5 cars..... Location is awesome - a 5min enjoyable walk to the beach. The owner/host is helpful and at hand for anything you need - but not at all intrusive. We were a party of 16 people and had a wonderful time - we highly recommend this for large families, adults and kids. Book and enjoy!

The house is very nice but was very dirty (dust on most of the furniture, stains on the tiles, etc.). It also deserves some renovations (damaged tiles, crumbling paint, etc.).

Fantastic stay because as a family, on the other hand disappointed on small points like- The outdoor barbecue almost caused a disaster, when the embers were really red and we put the grill there, the barbecue fell backwards ( it is broken at the bottom) and almost set the hedge on fire, we ran with a bucket of water. Desire, wardrobes with lattice doors.- The outdoor furniture was dirty, while the weather was wonderful when we arrived on Friday we had to clean everything first. Really disappointed while the rental is quite expensive.

The interior basin is different, I won't lie, Perfect for a family vacation or just to relax with friends, Koksijde is cute, and having all these cafes nearby makes it easy to grab a meal, I will definitely come back!

Our stay at Villa Anemoon was fantastic! The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, and the proximity to the beach made it perfect for family outings.
