This magnificent penthouse is located just a 100 m walk from Middelkerke beach. From the comfortable lounge chairs on the 2 spacious terraces, you can enjoy both the morning and evening sun to the fullest. The residence is ideal for family holidays, in fact, loved by families in particular.
This holiday home has a supermarket, several brasseries and great restaurants only a stone's throw away.
The elevator takes you to the hall of the apartment. Through one door you have access to the living room, and through the other door to the bedrooms and bathroom. A children's travel bed and a high chair are also provided. All practical amenities are present; coffee maker with filter + senseo, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, DVD player and an electric barbecue. At the back of the building, you have the possibility to safely store bicycles.
The park is 100 m away and the tram stop is only 50 m from the house, and at the same distance is the spacious and affordable Normand Parking.

Very nice and large apartment. Everything is there for 8 people. The shops and restaurants are close by. We enjoyed!

As already said in my email of May 2 which was refused by Belvilla, this is the 4th time that we have rented this apartment but this year, despite the good price increase, we were disappointed not to have a garage anymore (mea culpa, given our habits, I flew over the description) but above all we should have been warned of the construction sites next to, in front of and behind the apartment which woke us up from 7:30 a.m.

The reception was a bit difficult. Got a whole bunch of keys without really knowing which one where. The front door is in the hallway to the garages. The elevator enters the entrance hall of the penthouse and there are 2 doors that were both closed. We weren't sure which door to use. Apparently both doors open into the penthouse, respectively living and sleeping area. The decor is very nice and comfortable. Everything you need is there and even with you. Nice large terrace with side sea view. Close to the sea and the dike. We were asked to draw up an inventory, but there is so much available and not everything seems to be complete (cutlery, glasses, crockery....). Agreed that we will declare the pieces we are making. Finding the garage was not that easy either. Especially if you come to Middelkerke for the first time. Garage Casino? According to GPS there are 3... The garage is also very small, especially for a volume vehicle with a tow bar. The step to the balconies is very high. Not so easy for 65+ ..... The weather could be better, but that is beyond your competence .. We enjoy being together with the k and kk.

Old and worn-out apartment, without heating in the children's bedroom, musty stale odor throughout the house, broken torn curtains, mold along the floor plinths, barely hot water for taking 2 showers, not cleaned properly, (insufficient) heating with electric fires, mold on the shower curtain, there was still hair in the bath, toilet that kept running, no 6 equal drinking glasses, barely 6 equal plates, vermin (beetle) walked through bedroom… Had booked for 7 nights but returned home after 3 nights. Incredible disappointment for our kids! Definitely not worthy of this expensive price! Never again will I rent with this company !! Were rarely so happy to be back home, but left with a terribly bitter feeling .... Too bad !!

Arrive at the agency very fast but usually we receive a welcome bag here nothing.The apartment was very well located and we had a beautiful view of the sea .It was just missing in the apartment a senseo if it was very good.

Fine stay had in Penthouse Margaux. Spacious and well equipped. The elevator is located in the Penthouse of (with special elevator key code!). The area has plenty to do. Minus is your car. Doorstep paid parking from 9.00 to 19.00 (1 euro per hour + strict control). 10 min walk free parking (up quickly, but luckily we had a place there) or 5 euros per day on another lot. In contrast with the tram trips ideal.

Both terraces are not usable due to an aggressive gull with a broken wing and on the other terrace an abandoned pigeon nest with a large, smelly dung waste. Cleaned up only second half of our stay so we couldn't get outside or open windows

Nice large terrace with side sea view. Close to the sea and the dike.
