A completely acceptable vacation spot but in need of serious updating! But it is ideally located and perfect for large families even if 20 people is a bit tight in the stay.

The holiday home is beautiful very close to the sea, near the harbor, at the market. You can sit in the loggia (good benches) with a beautiful view. Reception was good.
Riny Busio
Characteristic former hotel. Great location near harbor and sea.
Magda Joos
The accommodation is really a hotel, but with the difference that you can cook yourself in a well-equipped kitchen. Denise receives you very kindly and is very correct in the handling.

Good location. Ideal for a holiday with friends or family.

shame about the great works in port (opposite house), large trucks and cranes are a attraction for kids, but can on the days have been disturbing

Midweek with family spent in this former hotel, an absolution recommended
Pieter Igodt
The house is very well located on the Blankenberge marina. The biggest plus is the extremely beautiful and tastefully, cosily furnished living room and sitting area with a view of the marina and the "paravang". There is also a small covered terrace in front with a beautiful view. The kitchen is well equipped but is in the basement. The former hotel rooms are a bit dated, but clean. As a downside we found the smell of the toilets in the basement. The table in the living room is also just big enough to seat 20 people. We have had a fantastic weekend with our group of friends!
W.E. Van Herck
Beautifully located near the harbor where we could enjoy the harbor parties Water pipeline is renewing Shower showers are hardly water out Two days can not use the common toilets due to leakage

Unfortunately, our stay in the so beautifully described "Luxury villa Beaufort" was disappointing. Unfortunately we couldn't find anything about "luxury". What we immediately experienced on arrival was that the accommodation on the outside and afterwards the inside had quite a bit of overdue maintenance. (It is a pity for such a beautiful characteristic building / monument) Furthermore, when entering the living room, the heavily worn cushions of the connac colored corner sofa (that sofa is really no longer possible). In the basement there is a neat professional kitchen that is fully equipped .... unfortunately it stinks continuously huge of sewage air. If you walk up the stairs to the floors above you come across peeling walls, cracks and damp spots. The bedrooms are dated but outside the broken cabinets , broken lamps, broken curtains, damp spots and the peeling window frames further in order. The cozy bathrooms are very old / worn and not fresh.Besides all the overdue maintenance, it is a beautiful characteristic building in a beautiful location.
Tom Valentijn
Nice location with clean rooms. Upon receipt friendly and clear explanation received.Keuken fully equipped in terms of material. Location wise it is close to everything, supermarket, bakery, beach. This without bothering you from lanhskomen traffic in the Straat.Enige point I can think of (to complain to have something to say) is that there is no coffee for the coffee maker.
M.S Melis
Great holiday but not for families with small children. Too small angle of repose and the plank urgently needs a revamp. We have two toddlers, who were constantly with splinters in their pants. For the rest nice residence.
Teun van Schijndel
Nice building, nice location, complete house with full kitchen, dining / living room. Bedrooms looked good with a nice badkamer.Jammer that there were problems such as cold water, beds, sofas, fridge not optimaal. We enjoyed and had a lot of fun in this stay!
Ben Van den Broeck
We have a beautiful weekend in the charming former hotel Beaufort. The proximity of the sea, the view from the seating area of u200bu200bthe marina and the crowds on the street, the charming interior, nice rooms and good beds on the first and second floors, professional kitchen, the overall cleanliness and smooth welcome ... All positive things. Minus for us was that the rooms for 4 people with bunk beds, in rooms with ceiling are the lowest. On the third floor had our guests a very narrow sense.
Michel van Eijk
2 families, 4 adults and 6 children (17-20jr), a beautiful week gehad.Beaufort is in a fantastic location. Nearby beach. No more beautiful terrace at the Veranda for hotel.Hotel over ingericht.Kinderen could complete until the late hours on stage.
Lonneke de Boer
It is a somewhat outdated accommodation downstairs, it is reasonably maintained, but some maintenance is overdue. The kitchen is fully equipped, beds and furniture are in good condition, sufficient crockery and a service lift. Very handy. Pressure on the water is less on top floors and power does not work everywhere, very helpful friendly older lady at key transfer. Who does everything to make the TV work. And everything else neat and clean!! It is a pity that there is construction going on in front of the door that we knew nothing about and that we were woken up in the morning by piles and excavators. We had a super fun mix work
Eddy De Tandt
Everything was in perfect shape. It was neat, the reception was good. It is highly recommended because the area is also nice, right by the sea. A few minor hiccups. If there are many small children, then the living space is too small to play. A separate place with a baking table or billiards would also be fun, but we knew in advance that this was not present.
Chris Vanholme
The days were short. The weekend deficit! We were prepared for a map with the special dingenin Blankenberge. If you're just a weekend you will not have time to search. Otherwise fine.
Jos Peij
We are a group of 6 couples and one single, ranging in age from 65 to 84 years. Originated from a hockey team veterans. We are going for 12 years at the Belgian coast, the last two years at White Mountains. We always have fun and enjoy huge!
Werner Raben
It is a nice old hotel, but inside it is a rommeltje.De biggest frustration is that I 3 weeks before € 600, - guarantee to pay and the remainder, 4 weeks after returning, still have not recovered.
V.l Verreyt
nice big hotel with charming rooms, kids loved it great fun to have the top floor for them alone. All rooms have their own private bathroom and toilet. Also the large kitchen and utility room is very good order. everything was old but okay. great location in the middle of downtown but still not suffer from noise gehad.op parking can four auto "s stand and behind the corner free parking. the house was not clean unfortunately, what with a crawling baby is not ideal . on the terrace and under the seats and under the beds were still pieces of garbage from the previous guests, the wooden floor was equally no more cleaning jobs and got splinters off. this should better cleanup costs for the mandatory € 150. but all in all a very nice house.
Anouk van den Broek
A beautiful stay in a fantastic location, within walking distance of the center and the beach. Rooms also all have a private bathroom. Very friendly welcome, top location!

+ Location r n + bathroom in each room r n + kitchen with everything on it to r n + cozy shared dining area r n + electrical r n-many steps r n-some rooms which crammed with furniture
Jacqueline Van Stichel
Our holiday at sea is our very liked. Only for small rooms on the second floor and the lack of space for the kids were a downside. In addition, the private bathroom and toilet then a plus.
Lydia Boons
We are a group of 23 adults on a holiday home in Beaufort Blankenberge. We look back on a very nice week. There was plenty to do. Anything only the many stairs to the second and third floor there were too much sometimes. The lift from the kitchen to the dining room was broken so we still had to walk back and forth. Stair with all the eetgerief The rooms were quite ok especially to any room with an en suite bathroom.
Monika Kalenbach
There were 6 families and had a nice relaxing holiday in Blankenberge.Die proximity to the beach, life in the city with very good S-Bahn rail link directly bestowed us have a varied Urlaub.Wir not move the cars are on the train Bruges drove the train along the coast, it was very gemütlich.Wenn possible from the beach or through the town bummeln.Da the kitchen was in the basement and the bedrooms went up to the third floor we were quite after a week fit. (about 60 steps)!) The house is well equipped, there is no lack of gr pots, dishes, cutlery and electronic servants (dishwasher, washing machine oven ...) were clean and functional.

We were a group of 19 adults on the holiday weekend. Everything was clean, the rooms were okay, the kitchen was equipped with everything, the living / dining area was large enough ... We definitely go again and stay in this house!

Fun group outings with friendly couples and children. The house is comfortable and ideally situated close to the center and the sea / beach. Spacious dining / living room and professional kitchen. The necessary fitness is required because of the many steps -)
Yolanda Dams
Nice reception on arrival. The weather was so we could walk on the beach and creels. Note On each floor there is a double and not as written all singles. nevertheless important to know!

It is a charming old hotel, a protected monument, but it smelled very musty, somewhat dated and dirty / broken. It is fine to sleep for a weekend. The town of Blankenberge itself is becoming a bit of a ghost town. There is not much to do in the immediate area, there is a lot to buy and it is all quite pricey. In the parking lot / garage at the hotel, there would be room for 4 cars. We were with 4 cars, and this fitted exactly but we had to climb out through the tailgate because the doors could no longer open. The gate could also not close when the cars were all 4.

Great house in terms of size and also in terms of location (250 meters from the beach!). Having been a hotel, there is a professional kitchen and a wide range of cutlery, glasses and plates. Two dishwashers, a washing machine, a dryer and an extremely friendly and cooperative manager complete the picture. All in all, highly recommended.

Very good accommodation, particularly appreciated by the children. Fine kitchen. Some minor weaknesses: the kitchen elevator was not working very well, there was some little cutlery, dishwasher faltered ever (the tray with the detergent did not open), but those are details.
Nicole Wanrooij
Nice former hotel in a handy location in Blankenberge. Within walking distance of the beach, shops and the station. It is a characteristic building. Could do with some updating here and there. Great for a holiday with a large group of people.
