This holiday home in the Ardennes has 5 bedrooms. It is ideal for a group holiday with up to 10 people. There is no shortage of wellness options.
The house is located in a quiet village in the heart of the Ardennes and within walking distance of Sint Hubert, the hunting capital. Opposite the house is a small restaurant. The region is particularly attractive for lovers of Ardennes nature; you can take beautiful walks and in winter there is even the possibility of cross-country skiing! A few kilometres from the accommodation you can try gliding, if you dare.
The house is cosily furnished and has a warm atmosphere. There is a well-equipped kitchen where you can enjoy cooking. The large living room has a fantastic wood-burning stove and you can enjoy a barbecue on the terrace. The children can play in the garden. Because of the peace and quiet, this house will not be rented to groups of young people.

It was an excellent appointment with the owner, the key in the cupboard. The house was perfectly fine, very neat, and super cozy, especially with the very good fire, some points of interest, there were no egg pots to find a boiled egg to eat, and also the pans and pots need to be replaced; but it is definitely recommended, right in the woods for walking, that was great, the forests are also fantastic beautiful nature.With the family of 10 people we greatly enjoyed thank you. Here is a feedback from our stay in Laneuville-au-Bois (1LW86GBA). ============= Already sent directly by email ======================== We had an excellent stay, the house and environment are very pleasant. Some useful remarks for the owner: We did not have too much trouble with the flies although the installed fly traps were very full, we replaced them. Some problems with the door rear that came loose from the top (tilting). The only major criticisms were for the kitchen utensils several being unusable, the worst were shown to the maintenance staff on departure. Many no longer have sufficient contact with the hotplates. (some must have been really badly used) As for the bed for children, by working together we did not manage to install it completely, we left it as it is. (problem confirmed by the maintenance staff ) The cot, the electric kettle and a corkscrew must have been brought to us from Brussels. The key to the letterbox was missing it was very difficult to retrieve the newspapers we forwarded. The first day the postman did not put down the newspaper for lack of a number (20) on the box or the house. On our side a wine glass was broken. In short, subject to an update of the material kitchen and child's bed, I highly recommend this house, ready to go back too ..

upon arrival the key was on the street, key safe was not working. the area is beautiful. many fly screens would be nice. and the back door was broken. grass was also cut and pruned when we were not there. the container was put on the road without consultation. we found this secretive and not pleasant. we knew nothing about it.

The arrival was well arranged. The accommodation was exactly what we had imagined. The house was clean and colorfully decorated. Especially the amount of antlers our grandchildren found fantastic. Also on the terrace it was wonderful to relax, out of the wind in the sun !!

If you want to detox for a week from smartphone, tablet and TV (only French channels with free snow) then this is the place. (no connection, oops I am still connected to the world?) Newspapers, booklets and a board game bring salvation "in the evening after a walk. The proximity to a Delhaize is a plus. You visit him briefly, after a long walk in the neighborhood when you come back by car. open 7/7, and very friendly.the central heating had been forgotten to bleed (after not being used for a long time) and heating was not working optimally. local forestry brought salvation, until this natural remedy was also used up. sleeping was wonderful in the excellent beds, and there is also sufficient sanitary facilities. even adjust the kitchen equipment to the possible number of people. beautiful, quiet nature and surroundings and the beautiful sofa To dive in afterwards. Very cozy house in nice quiet area. It's a shame that there were so many flies, both inside and outside, wsl through the dung heap at the rear neighbors. There was also a wasp's nest in the roof above the garden table, making it impossible to eat outside. And the cookware and stove were not practical. But everything else fine.

A nice place to decontract and relax in complete peace and tranquility, with good household amenities (including the dishwasher, washing machine and dryer) in the house. The television is a disaster: bad connection; TV. is sometimes useful for children in bad weather; Points of attention: - no WiFi in the house: which is a problem for people with a professional network, but will be solved in September; - very creaky floors and noise throughout the house, which is a problem for small children who go to sleep early; - the edge of the garden to the house is very sloping, which poses a problem for small children. The house is beautiful and spacious. The various corridors and rooms ensure that you discover something new every day. Beautiful dining room and kitchen with all amenities. In the large living room you can sit comfortably around the stove on the 3 sofas. The garden is beautifully landscaped and the hustle and bustle is hard to find in the small village. Nice little cafe (open on weekends only) in the village. Supermarket can be reached quickly. Unfortunately, the restaurant did not show an open impression. The menu is a bit more "culinary" and not suitable for children. Some more information about hiking trails (in the fantastic woods around the house) and recommended restaurants would have been welcome. A perfect place to stay for a quiet walking holiday, where you can cook yourself. can definitely recommend the house!

The outside looked nice, the inside authentic. We had to go on mosquito hunting on arrival and the house was not very clean. Cookware set too small for ten people. There were defects in the showers. Extractor, shower cabinet loose. And too little playground for the children!

A lovely house with everything you need! A top stay for both winter and summer. We have mainly lived outside, but in terms of atmosphere it is also highly recommended inside. At a few km a good supermarket with good bread and meat. In short, we will definitely come back!

Super cozy house where everything was present what we needed. From high chair to wood for the public, from a mixer to vacuum cleaner, ... super! The house is located in a wooded area. Wherever you go, you will always come across a walking route. A terrace is located south, so we could eat our breakfast and lunch outside. Top weekend!
