Rejuvenate yourselves as you holiday here in this 5-bedroom holiday home in Manhay, with a private landscaped garden, where you can relax and soak up some sun. It can host a large family or a group of 14 and comes with a private heated swimming pool. There is also a library for the bookworms, a rare find in holiday homes, and a recreation room with a bar, party games and table football for fun and frolic.
Restaurant and supermarkets can be accessed after a drive to treat you with tasty meals and let you pick groceries and such. Forest lies a few steps away to go on long walks. Bakery is 2 km away, where you can pick baked goodies. La Station Haute Ardenne Ski area and Alpine piste is 9 km away and so is Baraque de Fraiture, the highest point in Luxembourg.
Barbecue and sunloungers are another delight to add on to the charm. A pantry with washing and ironing facilities is available and so is a playroom for tiny tots. The availability of the pool depends on the weather.

We really enjoyed our stay in this holiday home. Everything was neat and as in the pictures. Small traces of use here and there, but that is normal. Everything was available. Communication with the owner was also fine. A must in terms of location to go with family and/or friends!

The house is very spacious, beautifully decorated, attractive, spacious outside with a beautiful view and well equipped, including the kitchen. But it needs some maintenance, regularly a door handle loose, tap in the toilet of the hall does not work. There were five bedrooms, so not really suitable for fourteen people. The operation of the lighting was problematic and the jacuzzi could not be filled according to the manual. The two garages were not usable for the cars and the driveway was very steep and could cause damage to the car. We missed storage space for the garden cushion. The area was great with many possibilities and we had a wonderful week with our large family.

What really disappointed us is that we had no way to contact the manager (the alternative telephone number he provided did not exist), we had questions in advance and also on site (about equipment that is not working). We booked with 10 people in this 14-person house, and 6 of the sleeping places were very disappointing: bunk bed, collapsed sofa bed and a mattress in an attic where there was not enough space. The website stated that there would be real beds (4x 2p and 2x 1p), but 1 bedroom was locked. The house has nice facilities (swimming pool/BBQ/pool table/table football), but everything is broken. Needs some attention!

A beautiful villa in a wonderfully quiet area. At first glance it is a neat, luxurious villa. If you look a little closer and stay there a little longer, you will notice that there has been some poor maintenance. However, that did not detract from our stay.

The accommodation is well maintained and the house is very spacious. There are plenty of activities to do in and around the house, and there is also plenty to discover in the area. We had a wonderful weekend here and hope that other groups have the same experience.

Stay was quite ok, heating in part of the house could not be turned on. And don't forget the bed linen, I had read about it in the accommodation ticket because it was in a different category than the bath towels and kitchen linen. The owner was kind enough to deliver sheets, at a fairly pricey additional cost of €150... so don't forget!

Very nice place, like in the photos. We spent a very pleasant weekend there. The house is complete and has everything you need. Only downside, the sun exposure is unfortunately not located on the right side of the house. Perfect place for a little retreat with friends or family.

Lots of flaws in the house. Was reported to the owner. House dirt, dirty crockery and cutlery, broken glass found in several places both inside and outside. The bubble bath does not fill itself. Must use hot water with buckets. Broken billiard table, broken travel bed, dragging doors. Bbq dirty and broken (mold), fridge mocked, cupboards in rooms broken. Bedroom door handle loose. Dirty pool and overgrown garden. Tiles broken in basement. Plumbing does not work properly (toilets do not flush properly), tap sink downstairs does not work. Garden furniture broken (leg of lounge broken off). If all this was refurbished, this house would certainly be worth its money. Now we thought it was something expensive.

Pool had perfect temperature and everything you need for a good holiday was there. Enjoyed the BBQ and the long tables to eat at, both inside and out. Possibility of beautiful walks in the vicinity of the house and those who want to get up early can spot various wild animals in the vicinity of the house. We saw roe deer, wild boar and deer. Highly recommended!
