This beautiful chalet located in the woods in Petit-Han has 2 and can house 5 people, ideal for a group of friends this house has a heated pool.
The house is in the forest and is great to start great walks, the lake is just a km away, whereas restaurants and town center can be found 3 km and 5 km respectively. Stocking up on your general supplies can be done 3 km from the house and tourist information can be found a bit further 5 km away.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen and the house is heated on gas. You could also play lawn tennis or table tennis which are available in the house.
The house allows a pet the charge of € 5/night.

We found it quite an outdated house and then it also shows dirt. Was cozy but not ideal for older people with the stairs they better describe ladder.Wel nice environment and quiet.

Chaos at the front desk asked for payment for the dog, although on my paper was free, have therefore not have to pay, after discussion! Environment was good. And has sometimes seriously large cleaning required, dirty windows, dust nets dust bunnies under the bath, dinnerware with still leftovers from the previous at ...................... ...............................

The way we speak to have been was not friendly and we felt very welcome.The park is not very special (but we were there in low season). Hi We have a wonderful week in Le Colombier. It is a lovely house and creates a very cozy and convivial atmosphere. The area is blessed in the countryside and as you walk the park and comes in a beautiful setting with stunning scenery. We never get bored because there is near enough to do and see. House was very dirty, we had the chance to get another place luckily but we noticed the other chalets are not the cleanest either. Downstairs where the living area is, is lackluster. And the upstairs floor is unheated, small and not very welcoming. In general the price-quality is not the best. I do not recommend it. Luckily, the receptionist of the park is friendly and helpful enough, so that's what made us feel better about our stay!

Squirrels, kingfishers, enzovoorts.Leuke environment for all ages plenty to doen.Mooi especially homey cottage itself bring books has proved unnecessary. Will definitely go back!

Eén van de redenen om te boeken was het zwembad maar dat was gesloten. We begrijpen de COVID maatregelen maar dit had op zijn minst moeten vermeld worden op de website. Nu wordt effectief gerefereerd naar een zwembad en dit is zeer misleidend. Huisje 207 (recht tegenover ons) had de ganse week werken ingepland, kloppen, zagen, ... kortom LAWAAI MAKEN ! Eén van de redenen om te boeken was de rust. Dit was zeer storend als je op je terrasje zit en wens je niet mee te maken. De donderdag was er GEEN elektriciteit tussen 10u en 16u, zeer vervelend als je wil koken en broodjes afbakken in de oven. Het leek mij ook iets dat op voorhand kon meegedeeld worden. De receptie deed hier HEEL LACONIEK over. De eigenaar is uiteraard niet verantwoordelijk voor bovenstaande feiten, maar het heeft onze vakantie er alvast niet beter op gemaakt. Zonder deze negatieve zaken heeft het huisje alles voor een leuke vakantie,

Holiday house number 204 is well past its due date.... Although the house was clean, a lot of amateurish adjustment work has probably been done over the past decades. In the shower room the tap on the sink leaked enormously.

A veeeery nice, snug and cozy wooden cottage! Everything is available in the cottage. Nice balcony where "the morning can be eaten. Nestled in many fun things around like the little town of Durbuy. Too much opportunity to entertain you at noon and in the evening. Truly a top house! Maybe next year.

The cottage is basic but all amenities are there, suitable for max 5 adults. Very nice walk to get to Durbuy city. The departure time according to Belvilla is different in reality than according to the rules of the domain. In principle, we were allowed to stay until 8 p.m. on Sunday, according to domain until 10 a.m., shown the reservation sheet, then received until 5 p.m.

Nice cozy house in the woods. Holiday house are on a domain with many houses together. Yet that does not really disturb and it is fairly quiet on the domain. Nice large terrace at the house.

Great place to unwind and also keep an active holiday. Well maintained house with a nice kitchen. Cottage is well furnished by the owner and we enjoyed the squirrel several times. Definitely a must definitely come back again. A downside park fees on our confirmation note (via email) was that we had to pay in the park park costs 10 euros and that was 13 euros. Tip for the park to better communicate with your customers.

In general the price-quality is not the best. I do not recommend it.
Luckily, the receptionist of the park is friendly and helpful enough, so that's what made us feel better about our stay!

The cottage is nicely furnished and is in a nice and quiet location. There are many activities for children nearby. Unfortunately, there is a lot of dust inside the house. My husband had to constantly sneeze and cough, which put a big damper on our weekend.
