This rustic villa is situated in Durbuy. Ideal for a family, it can accommodate 10 guests and has 4 bedrooms. It also has a private swimming pool for you to have a rejuvenating holiday.
The forest lies 100 m from the villa. The grocery stores at Winkels are 2 km away. The town centre lies 3 km from the property.
You can relish a lovely cup of coffee in the garden or terrace with your dear ones. You can park your vehicles in the parking provided. You can stay inside comfortably with the central heating and wood-burning stove provided. Play equipment, slide, and high chair are provided for your kids to have a pleasant stay. You can use the barbecue available in the villa to experiment with your culinary skills. 2 pets are allowed in the property for an extra cost.
You can check-in from 4-5 PM whereas the check-out timing is 9-10 AM.

Had to contact the owner on the 2nd day due to blown fuses in the swimming pool area. Had to contact us again on the 3rd day (today) after returning from a day trip because the toilet kept running.
Someone is always sent by.

a very nice holiday home with a fantastic swimming pool, just a pity that there is no access door to the outside. Beautiful surroundings and many activities nearby. Really recommended.
What is annoying is the waste policy in Belgium. Pick up plastic bottles once every 15 days and that with 10 people and warm weather.

What a fantastically beautiful and clean house and what a lovely swimming pool; together with my three adult children and their supporters we had a wonderful midweek.

The very beautiful spacious ground floor villa with a very cozy spacious living room, comfortable seat (often not the case in holiday parks), comfortable kitchen, 2 fridges, washing machine and dryer (so you can take less clothes and towels with you). Good beds !! The pool is great, especially when the weather is less. Very nice pool, pleasant temperature. There were some minor flaws but they didn't really bother us. The garden is very downhill so less suitable for very small children but a very nice play equipment. It was a great holiday, we will definitely come back!

Upon arrival, I indicated that the Corona crisis meant that five group members from the healthcare sector should have dropped out. Unfortunately this could not be taken into account. Or can Belvilla take this into account? Thank you in advance for your feedback. Accommodation and surroundings as already known by me ... so OK

Very spacious and clean location, which we enjoyed. The swimming pool in particular was a pleasant experience, as both the space and the water had a very pleasant temperature. We also experienced the short distance to shops and restaurants as very pleasant.

On arrival we were warmly welcomed by the owner. The property is in a fantastic location! Although the decor is dated, we have enjoyed all the facilities that the house offers!

Pool water 29 degrees, 2 fridges in the kitchen so plenty of room. Very nice reception and explanation. Very neat and tidy villa, both inside and outside. The pool is amazing! Durbuy 20-30 minutes walk.

Pleasant reception with a bottle of cava in the fridge. On a beautiful house with a fantastic swimming pool, here and there certain areas could use an update. Certainly a tip for the owners is to place fly windows. There were so many. (of course considering the warm summer month), and purchase new pillows. Also was sitting outside cozy for our period not in due to the abundance of wasps, of course this is not something that can be settled towards accommodation. Location is great, center of Durbuy within walking distance.

Accommodation was great! Swimming and sauna as often as possible. Walking with a pram or wheelchair in Durbuy, for example, is difficult due to boulders.

Beautiful location. Less was the state of maintenance a bit tired. Promised access to the forest is also not present. For that you first have to drive quite a bit.

Accommodation is fine. A lovely house in a lovely setting with a lovely pool with sauna. Ideal if it has not improved again! In the immediate vicinity plenty of hiking and later in the season kayaking and other outdoor activities. Visiting town of Durbuy (walking distance) is a must. A cozy old town with lots of charm.
