This spacious 5-bedroom holiday home in Durbuy accommodates 12 people. It is ideal for a group or family with children. It has a sauna, terrace and barbecue to relax.

The communication in advance went smoothly. Pick up the key too. The key must be picked up at a different location. The house is modern and new. It is located in a small quiet street. There is enough parking space. The view is beautiful. Advantage of the house large living room, modern kitchen with 2 fridges and dishes / crockery / pans are all present. The bedrooms are fine. Disadvantages1. is that there is only one real heating in the house, namely a smaller stove in the living room. This makes the house rather cold. 2. There is nothing present on arrival regarding Dishwashing detergent, dishwashing equipment, toilet paper, Herbs, Kitchen paper, trash bags. You can expect from such a large company that this is arranged as a service. 3. Check-out time on Sunday is normally at 10 am, which is pretty early. Environment beautiful!

Good reception on arrival and departure. The house is quiet, spacious rooms, everything available. Minuses are the defective working fridges and dishwasher. Duvets are clean but look much used. Sauna is a plus.

Little for the children to do in the house in bad weer.Keuken is good but frigos almost work niet.Heel simple house, not everything is equally clean under the mat was a sticky bunch.

Quiet omgeving.Huis has house number but is on odd side of the street in side road. Sign on the road would be easy. Nice accommodation!

Reserved for 4 days (Mon - Fri), access only from 4 pm and mandatory departure before 10 am 1 day practically lost, most used access door (living) defect (sanding and clamping over the ground, closing spring loose), no wifi or any TV box in bad weather, little ventilation in the showers condensation and mold, toilet "s ice cold (always open glass window), house quickly back cold after expanding heating, beds very small and low, very bad combination mattress / bottom (2 days slept in seat due to back pain), little enthusiasm / walks / shops in the immediate vicinity, only if relocation to Durbuy-Barvaux ...

The house itself is very nice, but it was a bit dirty on our arrival (we washed cutlery and plates again before use because of leftover food), mold in the shower, very superficially cleaned. But with a good cleaning, this is definitely recommended. Downside for the location is that there is nothing to do in the village of Petit Eneille itself (no bakery / butcher / restaurant).

Nice, large holiday home with sufficient parking spaces. Too bad the garden was not completely closed. Very quiet location, in a dead end street. The house itself is spacious enough, kitchen has all the necessities (except garbage bags). Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Great bathrooms / showers, great shower below. Unfortunately, we found the hygiene to be somewhat lacking, in the sense that there were a lot of cobwebs everywhere and there was a lot of dust, otherwise clean.

House is ok but leaves something to be desired. Beds are very low and hard. Shower rod was broken. Kitchen drawers not clean. And children's playhouse was a plank off with the nails still attached. Not even a toilet roll in the toilets! Unfortunately!!

The house was well suited for 10 people, but especially the kitchen cabinets were clean NOTalso a bad experience with communication as far as Belvilla is concerned. No, I certainly do NOT recommend this (professional) organization Belvilla to others!

On arrival the house was not really clean. Dust clouds in the corners, 3 full flycatchers in the living room, a window was broken, it was taped, making the living space very dark. In the downstairs bedroom, the wallpaper hung a meter down. This house needs a refresh.

The environment is perfect to calm down. The villagers are perfect, charming and friendly Walloons. We visited Han Sur Lesse and the train in the Aisne valley.

Very nice house, fairly new and sustainable. Pallet stove that can be operated by itself, dishwasher does get used to. Nice spacious garden with outdoor fireplace Great weekend with 6 adults and 4 children
