Our stay in the countryside holiday home in Roy was absolutely delightful! The views from the terrace were nothing less than breathtaking, especially at sunset. We loved sitting by the outdoor fireplace, sipping wine and gazing at the starry sky. The house itself had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen where we prepared family meals to cozy bedrooms that offered peaceful sleep. It was a great base for exploring nearby Marche-en-Famenne and La Roche-en-Ardenne, which we visited with ease. I highly recommend this place for a family vacation or a romantic getaway!

Spacious and clean, this place is different. The garden is a great plus for picnics and quiet moments. Additionally, it is super close to Durbuy for nice Instagram photos. I would recommend it to anyone looking to relax in nature. Perfectly low-key!

We had a wonderful family getaway in this vacation home in Roy. The spacious layout was perfect for our group, and the views from the terrace were simply breathtaking! We spent many evenings by the fireplace under the stars, creating memories together.

I loved my stay in this vacation home in Roy! The views were breathtaking, and waking up to that every day was something else. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made cooking easy, and we spent evenings by the fireplace on the terrace, just relaxing under the stars. The only downside was that the WiFi was a bit slow at times, but honestly, who cares when surrounded by such beauty? I would come back without hesitation!

A piece of advice to everyone: DO NOT BOOK THIS HOUSE!!! The photos on the website do not correspond to reality at all. The house is dirty and dirty, there is a musty smell. Carpet and carpet are full of dirty stains, the windows are in a terrible condition. more on tip, is loose on one side When I looked through the window in the morning I thought there was fog. But no, the windows were just really dirty. The interior walls are dirty, there are damp spots on the ceiling. Curtain in the bedroom is dirty. The pillows smell so bad that we went to buy new pillows and pillowcases the evening of our arrival. Far too little crockery, only 4 dessert plates, 1 wine glass, two water glasses and that while there is room for 8 people. The terrace tiles are skewed, the terrace is not maintained. The top of the garden table is skewed. The walls in the ping pong room were once white but are now filthy. I unfortunately paid over 500 euros for a 3 night stay. I wouldn't even want to spend a holiday in this house for free. So do not rely on the beautiful pictures if you want to book this house, but read this comment, and especially do not book. The possible compensation of 70 euros that Belvilla offers me is too crazy for words. This filthy stay has a downer put on what should have been a nice holiday.

We were very disappointed with the house as it looked more neat and friendly in the pictures than it really was. The kitchen equipment wasn't designed for eight people and even though we weren't that many, we sometimes ran out. Basically the kitchen was dirty. The right sliding door in the living room could be closed, but it could be opened when closed. There was a heating problem in the tennis room and this really bothered us at the high temperatures. We had no way of reaching the landlord. We felt very uncomfortable because of the furnishings, the bugs and the condition of the house and shortened our stay by two days.

Outdated residence and dusty. Grass was high and not quite tidy. The pipe of the sink in the toilet was leaking and the tap in the kitchen closed with difficulty. The house was not worth the money. What a pity!

First of all I would like to confirm that we had a nice stay! We were a bit overwhelmed by the bad review that appeared 1 month before our stay, the owner reassured us and reported that they had taken action. Which was effectively established on arrival.

Very nicely located holiday home with a wonderful view from the terrace. Very handy that there are two table benches on the large terrace so that you can enjoy the morning, afternoon and evening sun from the terrace. There is an internet TV without a TV subscription and without HDMI cable. Was not cleaned 100% cleanly.
